Avec votre Bitebird, vous pouvez vous connecter dans plus de 130 pays. Les tarifs sont différents selon les pays car les opérateurs sont différents mais ils sont dans tous les cas plus avantageux que si vous utiliser la connexion de votre opérateur mobile en ROAMING dans ces pays.

A while ago, they promised to adjust it.
If you are not able to buy a new paket in time, the Money from the "expired Credit" is gone.
Other Provider doing a much better - customer friendly - Job.

Lorsque vous allumez votre Bitebird, il se connecte tout de suite à votre appareil (téléphone, tablette,etc.) si l'option Wi-Fi est activée sur ce dernier. Cela vous permet d'avoir une connexion Internet tout de suite, sans que vous n'ayez à rentrer les paramètres de nouveau.
Nous conseillons à nos clients cependant de désactiver les mises à jour automatiques dans les paramètres de leur téléphone/tablette, et simplement éteindre leur Bitebird lorsqu'ils n'ont font pas usage afin d'éviter que les activités et applications en arrière-plan de leur(s) appareil(s) connecté(s) consomme(nt) des données sans qu'ils ne s'en rendent compte.
Ceci étant fait, vous aurez une meilleure maitrise sur les consommations de vos données et pourrez profitez de vos services plus longtemps.

hank you for your feedback. When you receive your Bitebird, we advise you to recharge the battery fully in order to be able to use it during several hours.
The maximum working time is 6 hours (depending on the network) and the maximum standby time is 300 hours.
To recharge your device, connect it either directly to your laptop, or use a USB Wall Adapter Plug. While travelling, if needed, take a travel plug along to be able to recharge it everywhere.

Trop cher...A la place, il suffit d'avoir le même appareil mais ouvert à tous les opérateurs et acheter une carte sim locale!
Ou alors ,un téléphone à double carte sim.
Au Mexique ,par exemple 5 gigas pour 15 euros valable 1 mois!
