Had used it for a while for the business. Has always been a tired interface, and clunky user experience - but suffered that as had credits with them.
But now they are basically turning the screw on small business by counting users by IP address. Work from home? That's two users? Use your mobile too? That's three.

I lost a very important email and thought there was no way of it's recovery.
I sighned up and used the services of Getmail. Within seconds the email was recovered by them.

And the „positive reviews“ here confirm it.

First, they send spam mails to you with no end, then when you unsubscribe, the „COO“ „personally“ tells you that „you seem a nice person, never change :)“ (manipulative tactic which works when you‘ve been nice as well as appalled)

Then, recently, suddenly, A RECENT WEBSITE SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING DUE TO THEIR BROWSER EXTENSION. How does this happen? I can imagine it’s malice.

Stay away.

I had an extremely negative experience after upgrading my plan to the basic package as my account was temporarily suspended. Despite my many attempts to contact the support team, I did not receive any attention and no one seemed to care about my issue.

Getemail.io looks like it is dead. Keep getting this message: We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had purchased this service back in January and used it once, I was the contacted by your representative, and at that time asked for the service to be on hold until I had time to give it attention, It was on hold and after 3 months the hold expired and I was charged for 1 month, I immediately hit the contact us button on your site to have this corrected and nobody contacted me back whatsoever.
I then tired to contact you company yesterday to get my money refunded and was refused, this service was not used by me whatsoever, what kind of company would outright refuse to help a customer when the service they offer was not used at all.
I tried to remove my credit card info from your site today by hitting the delete button and it would not work, when I tried to use the chat, they would not remove my credit card info, I now see your company as a security risk to myself and have taken the necessary actions to mitigate that risk.

In a world where reputation means everything in business it amazes me what I am dealing with now.

I tried out the software, before finding out that other providers offer it (and much more) at a lower price. Now, they will not stop emailing and calling me despite 10+ requests to stop. I have been abundantly clear that I am not interested but they won't stop bothering me. Unless you want incessant spam emails & calls with no end, DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

Those guys called me multiple times and then charged me without me authorizing . Stay away complete scam. I cannot login into the acct .

I had my account suspended due to using a company email address assigned to me by a company that already had an account. Even though I'm a freelancer working for multiple companies they've decided not to help and to only unblock my account if I pay their ridiculous monthly fees. Their emploee who was dealing with my case stopped replying to my emails when I proved I hadn't broken their rules and was still eligible to use my account. Basically a scam and truly terrible customer service from getemail. Save yourself the trouble and use one of the other email finder tools available. Oh and they will harrass you with calls and emails as soon as they have your contact details. Shameful company.

Getemail.io is diabolical. Software is seriously glitchy and chrome extension not only crashes the page constantly but freezes taking email searching credits when it shouldn’t. In addition you can search in one tab and it will tell you no contact details found (taking a credit) search again on a different tab and it will give you a result! Company are very unethical and the customer support is shocking. I would not recommend providing any of your details as they have seriously spammy sales techniques. Whatever you do do not give them any payment card details as they will take money from you even if you have cancelled. Please avoid these charlatans like the plague. Sign up with Apollo.io!

Very spammy. My job is to find emails, so I tried using the free service option. It's not that great, but found me a few emails I was unable to find about 5 other ways. Now they've started calling me at work to get me upgrade to a paid subscription. They've called a few times. I don't have time to field their calls, so I've blacklisted them on my work phone. But they've also started sending emails. I've asked them to quit contacting me as our company already has a subscription with another (much better and more advanced) database that typically has the most up to date emails available. I've only used getemail.io on a very rare occasion and haven't used it for some time now.

Terrible, aggressive sales tactics. Sending harrasing emails and phone calls multiple times a day despite saying not interested. Have asked several times to be removed and yet they still email and phone on a daily basis. Even if I needed a service like this I would NEVER use them based on their predatory approach. DO NOT USE

I fed up their spam calls and emails. I received at least 8 insisting calls from two different sales reps. I somehow got rid of them, after I clearly told that I am not interested, I will never be interested and I am very satisfied with my subscription with one of the main player in that industry. Then they began sending spam emails with the signature of "Gabriel CIAN / Co-founder GetEmail.io". The worst part is there is no option to unsubscribe these annoying emails. I wasn't interested after the trial with their overpriced but inefficient product, but recently I really dislike them and will go against them in any platform that I encounter them or their services. ENOUGH!

I missed renewing my contract by 1 day and was told they would not reinstate my 4000 credits even if I renewed. Instead, they tried talking me into purchasing a long-term contract for less credits. Very immature business practice and not willing to accommodate. Managers hide behind email.

I need to find people's emails everyday that's my job. I've tried various providers that have been very poor, not providing support, and have often given out the wrong email, which is really embarrassing but, with GETEMAIL.io it's fantastic and so easy to use, with an over 97% success rate. I really couldn't do my job without them. You get personal assistance if you get stuck and they are so very helpful. Ditch whoever you are using now and go to GETEMAIL now. I can't praise them enough. They have made my life so easy I can get approximately 30 email contacts a day. And if they can't find the email address they let you know not like other providers. They send a lot of spam without being able to unsubscribe.

I Signed up and I received an email from Gabriel Cian.
Before I’d had chance to notice the email or read it I received a second, this stated “ since you had not bothered to respond to my email I’m assuming you’re no longer in my services” the email went on at length with the same passive aggression throughout.

Receiving an email like this I’m not likely to be interested, nor will I be so in the future
