Still haven't received product weeks…
Still haven't received product weeks later and tracking information is poor. When I contacted them to follow up on shipping they wouldn't. Tracking info says it has been in transit since 24 April and hasn't even arrived in NZ yet. Wouldn't purchase from them again. I have ordered products during lockdown from Europe and haven't waited this long by far!! And if standard shipping is such a problem, perhaps you shouldn't offer it as an option. Regardless of the shipping option, you can follow up on it to at least find out where it is, however you choose not to. Still wouldnt purchase again.

The normal transit time to NZ is two weeks with standard shipping. Unfortunately, there is a pandemic worldwide and parcels are longer in transit than normal. When you checked out on our website we strongly recommended ordering with free FedEx Economy but I see you chose for standard PostNL shipping. That's why we cannot give you a new update as it's still in transit.

Helmet purchase
Website a bit clunky but from finding the product and purchasing through to arrival of product was very good. Well packed, updates easy to access and item arrived well within the time estimated.
One suggestion would be to have the ability to activate multiple selections at the one time...e.g. Selecting a manufacturer/brand - you select one brand the screen updates, then you can then select a second and so on. This function is the same for all selections and slows down the search process.

Best price and Awesome customer service.
Best price I found on the net. Free shipping over €500. Faster than expected delivery. My helmet shipped from the Netherlands to my address in Australia within 12day from the date of ordering. And awesome customer service. I had an issue with a cost chang on the web site between when I put my helmet in my shopping cart and when I completed my check out the following day. I contacted Chromeburner via email about the cost increase and Christy from the customer service team, offered to manually process and invoice my order for the original cost, offline as the website could no longer support the now old price.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. Will definitely be dealing with them again in the future.

Thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you didn't receive your parcel! I checked your shipping status and it shows "in transit". I contacted our postal services PostNL to have them look into it and they advised that your shipment is currently at the sorting center at the airport. It's now up to USPS to sort it, hand it over to customs and get things rolling again. Unfortunately due to the pandemic of course, USPS is dealing with some delays due to a lack of staff, different (more time consuming) work processes and protocols and things may take longer than usual.
