Bought a Shoei helmet in the midst of Covid-19. I contacted ChromBurner to see if shipping would be impacted. Quick response advising they still accept orders. Purchased helmet online and goods delivered on time as estimated in their shipping advice. I am delighted and highly recommend ChromeBurner.

It was a great buying experience. The site has the widest range of helmets to choose from. I was a bit skeptical to place an international order but the support was helpful in resolving my queries. Received my helmet in the promised time.

Saved quite a bit of money by just edging my order over A$499 so delivery was free. They dispatched the order very quickly. It was held up once it reached Australia due to the COVID issue, but that's not ChromeBurner's fault. Very happy with this, being my second purchase from CB. Highly recommended.

My local store would only give like a $30 dollar discount on the helmet but with you guys I saved almost $300 and it was dilevered to my door ...with extras !!

Ordered a Schuberth C3 pro on 6/3/20 at a very competitive price. I receive it in perfect condition except that it took 20 days to arrive. So if you are in hurry I suggest you look else where, otherwise it's fine.

Products as described, and delivered exactly on the 11th business day to regional victoria. I'd say most of the time is spent sitting in Aus customs, tracking shows very few updates. Expect delivery a few days after it shows it has entered the country. Would purchase from this company again.

Not going to lie, I was a little nervous about importing to Australia from Europe. Read plenty of negative reviews about many different businesses but decided to roll the dice with ChromeBurner as they seemed the most favorable.

I placed an order and through a fault on my end, I needed to speak with customer service. They were fast and easy to deal with so very happy with that.

I did pay for the FedEX shipping just for a little more peace of mind and the fact I was still saving roughly AUD$300 compared to local pricing I was still happy.

The order arrived exactly on time as scheduled, packaged perfectly and exactly as ordered.

Overall very very happy with the service and savings. Would have no issue ordering through ChromeBruner again. Thanks team!
