They changed two front tires on my girlfriend’s Porsche Macan they left the rims absolutely filthy. It would have taken ten minutes to clean them they just want to do bare minimum.

I was on my way yesterday to Virginia, to attend my children 's graduation when I had a flat tire in Mooresville . I found Mavis Tires on line and when I arrived there I met an angel the manager Mr Ryan. He was very respectful and understanding and he did his best and got us out of there as fast as he could. Went to Mavis in Centereach NY for a state inspection and tire rotation. While outside I saw the mechanic putting air into my tires, the next day I checked the tire pressures, all four tires were between 50 and 53 psi, this was checked when the tires were cold (the car was last driven several hours before). Used a different gauge and found the same pressure. I COULD OFHAD A HIGH-SPEED BLOWOUT AND BEEN KILLED AND POSSIBLY KILLED SOMEELSE AS WELL! Don't go to a place that doesn't know how to check tire pressure.

I have been to this location on previous occasions and they have always done a great job. Went in for my breaks today worried about the pricing. Randy at the front desk assisted me in deciding the best course of action considering my financial limit and I was able to get everything done I needed for a reasonable price!

Mavis apparently rated as worst tire service in US, this shop is probably one reason. I made an appointment online to have two tires installed, is still took two hours to get the job done. When I got home I found that the tech put 45psi in the tires. It clearly says that 32 is what is specified.

Quick and efficient help, staff is very nice!!!

If there was an option to give negative stars that would be my choice. I’m only giving a 1 star because you have to in order to write a review. If you don’t have any damage to your vehicle do not take it to this location. We took tires to get them
Mounted and balanced. When the truck was picked up the wheels were scratched up around the entire wheels (both). When this was brought to the managers attention they were going to replace the wheels. We were even told a check had been mailed to us. We never received any reimbursements and when we later went to check on the status of the reimbursement the new store manager said there was no information ever reported. Started the whole process over and the manager continues to say she is waiting on approval. No accountability so save yourself the aggravation and go to one of the other tire centers in Charleston. You will be glad you did!!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Mother's day May 10 th, when I cam in to purchase four new tires. The staff seemed unprofessional and communication was minimal throughout the visit. At one point, an employee appeared more focused on flirting with a customer and asking for her phone number than assisting customers and working efficiently. I also attempted to use a promotion that was advertised, but no promo code was provided on my check out documentation which resulted in me having to contact customer service separately to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I expected much better customer service. I also noticed the tires were left with uneven air pressure reading after service, which was concerning . I had to find the correct PSI myself as a women and deflate each tire to the recommended PSI.. Sooo annoying.. Poor service

I got a flat today right at closing time, Jason was so kind and helpful. He could have easily turned me away but took care of my flat and got me back on the road quickly! I'll be back for sure..... Jason is your man!

I was near hysteria when I had my second interaction with Mavis Tire in North Augusta, SC. I walked in with my second flat tire and, even though it was near closing, the staff assured me that they would take care of my flat. AND THEY DID! The staff are absolutely wonderful and I am so thankful for them and this business!

As usual Mike and Bobby and the guys did a great job working on my car. They are always professional and do great work. The price was also good.

The manager is amazing he was able to help me so much when I was in a rut definitely go give him some love
