I live in Australia and bought a Shoei GT Air 2 helmet from Chromeburner. The price was the best I could find anywhere, the communication was great and the shipping was super quick. Only 6 working days and arrived on my doorstep. I will definitely buy from them again. I also want to buy the matching Sena SRL 2 kit from them but out of stock, only minor complaint I have. I hope they restock soon

Great price, free delivery from NL to AU took just over a week. Very impressed.
One item was wrong so just agreed to ship me the correct item and keep the incorrect item.
Website is great but had to check a vendor sizing guide as it wasn't listed on the CB site.

- you have spoken in emails to me that i should have chosen Fedex, but that was not an option at the time (i have a screen capture)
- you charged me freight, when my order was over $500, and i had to contact you for a refund
- i would never have purchased with you if you said it would be over a month from purchase, well it has been a month and the helmet is still not here
- you should have on your header page that shipping will take over a month
- im very disappointed, as i dont feel you informed your customers adequately on these massive delays.
- i have asked you for a tracking number, but you only provide NL shipping details. i need to know where the helmet is, i dont understand why you cant provide me with this....you mentioned Australia Post, so why havent you contacted them and asked for a tracking number for me as to where my helmet is? i have asked you for this a number of times, to no avail
