If you are in Australia DO NOT purchase from Chromeburner. Import duties are hidden and very expensive.
It’s cheaper to buy in country. I made a very expensive mistake buying from these guys. If it’s too good to be true it probably is.
Called there support team. Was laughed at, sarcastic agent clearly didn’t care.
Feeling burnt. Never agin

Great service. Products were sent promptly, good communication and delivery to my door within 1 week of placing the order.

Edit: Staff from ChromeBurners were indeed helpful after the incident below and offered me a compensatory discount for future purchase to make up for the additional cost (at least partially). Great attitude which I truly respect! Highly recommend!

I have not yet received the products but I was quite delighted to find out about the low prices. Because they ship to Australia from overseas, you have to be quite careful about the value of the imported goods. For that reason, I made separate orders to make sure each would be below a thousand bucks and specifically told Chromeburner to ship them separately. Unfortunately they still combined the shipment and the value exceeded $1000 margin. Tax + handling cost over another $300, which makes no longer cheaper than just buying locally. Lots of frustration and bitterness but I just have to swallow.

I already had an AlpineStars jacket in 2XL which fit me perfectly. I bought another 2XL AS jacket from Chromeburner and it fit well too.
I purchased another 2XL jacket from Chromeburner for $500 ($60 postage included).

Chromeburner service was great, received the items in good nick and promptly. But I have no idea what is going to happen with my return. I sent the return for $130 express registered Aussie Post.

At this stage (and for the last 2 weeks) it's status is "Held by customs (Netherlands), could not be cleared for delivery in destination country".

I filled out all the correct customs forms required by Netherlands and marked the box as "Returned Goods" so its hopefully not subject to taxes.

Right now I'm out of pocket $630 with no idea if the jacket will eventually clear customs (and I'll get refunded $440 by Chromeburner) or if ultimately I get the jacket back, and have to resell for a further loss.

If everything goes OK, you're apples, but for me it wont be worth the risk again. Not Chromeburner's fault.

I'll update here with an outcome.

OMG the prices! I just got a Packtalk Edge Duo pack for less than the price of a single unit here in Australia. Shipping was via Fed-Ex international economy - 10 days to regional NSW. If you've never imported anything before, do your homework - keep the order below $1000AUD (to avoid import fees) and above their free freight threshold (where possible). They don't have ANYTHING to do with customs here in Australia, there are NO hidden charges and it's not their duty to inform you how importing goods works in Australia. My next Dianese order is being pieced together now!

Terrible customer service. Had a much better experience with Motostorm and Champion Helmets where they clearly outline all costs to have goods shipped to you. These guys hide these details in a separate section of their website. Very deceitful. I wish I had read the reviews before shopping here. Avoid at all costs

The absolute pinnacle of customer service, product pricing and speed of delivery. I only wish we had this kind of experience with companies in Australia. Thank you guys at chromeburner for going above and beyond for me. From changing helmet sizes to sorting out coupon deals. You’ve been bloody fantastic.

Ordered twice from here, shipped to Sydney Australia. Reliable and fast both times. And don't even get me started on how much cheaper the prices are compared to the vendors in town.

Easy choice.

Bloody useless. I placed a legitimate order totaling around AUD1500 and it was cancelled because apparently, I scored too high on a scam risk. I split my order into two to stay under the AUD1000 mark to avoid unnecessary customs scrutiny, and I used a US-based credit card that I've had because I can collect points on that. I'm based in Australia these days and migrated over from the US. . . Instead of flagging the transaction and investigating further, they automatically just cancel my order. Bear in mind that the order went through on my card without any issues, it was their over-eager-trigger-happy processing department that cancelled the order. I called up to try to get the issue resolved and was given some illogical explanation that the order needs to be placed on a single order or otherwise they won't process it. Also made some remark about how my email address did not match my name. . . oh dear me, let's please regulate all usernames to strictly be only first and last names of every person, shall we?

Be aware for express shipping hidden costs! These guys have great deals/discounts for a lot of the products, which are often better priced than what we can find in Australia. Which is why my mates and I purchase from them. HOWEVER, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE HIDDEN COSTS IN THEIR SHIPPING! I was told by fedex I had to pay an import tax which ended up being $300 on top of what I had already paid to chromeburner.
If you are an Australian Buyer just buy local. Youre better off finding a deal locally. My mates and I wont be buying from chromeburner again. No notice whatsoever from chromeburner about these duty fees that we have to pay for. Should have read the reviews here before proceeding with my purchase.

Very easy website to use. Great prices. I ordered a Shoei GT-AIR 2. Plus a SENA SRL 2 to fit the helmet. I was told the shipping to Australia would arrive between 28/04/2023 and 03/05/2023. It arrived on the 04/05/2023. It was exactly what I ordered. All brand new in their box. I would be happy to recommend this site.

Well above the average service all round. Excellent. I received my Shark helmet back from warranty from the Netherlands (to Australia) today. The turn around was only about 3 to 4 weeks which was excellent. I wish to thank you very much for you trouble free warranty service, all postage at your cost and the whole exercise was hassle free to me. I have had about 15 Shark helmets, and I will continue to buy Shark for as long as I ride. I will also concentrate my buying of all motorcycle parts from Chrome Burner. I have also encouraged a lot of people to buy Shark and they too are happy customers.
So, that’s for your fantastic effort in repairing my helmet.

I was a little bit scared of using this shop, mostly because of how cheap it all was, so I bought 1 item to test them out (Medium Shark violet Attrax helmet). Everything was super easy and it arrived very quickly (about a week)! The condition of the boxes when it arrived scared me (I'm not blaming the shop, it would have been due to FedEx handling), but the helmet was in gorgeous condition and it came with a free buff!

My only complaint (not the shops fault) is the lack of transparency when it comes to FedEx not being able to ship to PO boxes, so keep that in mind if you were wanting to do that.

All in all, I will be buying from them again in the near future :)

(Side note: fedex was cheaper and faster then AusPost, so that's why they were used)

Ordered 2 armoured base layers which arrived in roughly 2 weeks, great prices and swift communication. Slight issue with one of the base layers, sent a message to their support team and the issue was resolved same day without a second input from me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM AU WITHOUT BEING PREPARED TO PAY THEIR FEDEX shipping PLUS ($708.11AU) IMPORT TAX (which the company does not clearly disclose)

That said, as promised by the company, the products arrived within 4 business days! Amazing.
