Ordered jacket and pants for delivery to Australia. Site says FREE shipping over a price Which i exceeded easy, Then i got a email from their carrier FEDEX saying i have to pay import and customs tax totalling $392 AU. It is a quarter the price of the goods. Consignment note says Chromeburner allocated me to pay these taxes. Works out way more expensive than if i actually bought them in locally in Australia, Leaves a bitter taste and Will NEVER buy anything from This company again. Be warned

I ordered the TomTom Rider 550 of them to Australia and it arrived in less than 2 weeks. I'm truly stocked with the customer experience especially considering current delays. I really needed it because I can't find my ways anywhere and only recently got my bike license. Ordering it from here saved me around $150 (incl shipping). Can't say anything regarding customer service as there was no need to reach out. I received the tracking ID same day I ordered as promised and everything went smoothly from then.

I was looking for a new set of motorcycle boots and saw that Chromeburner had a pair of Sidi Adventure 2 for $414.00, much cheaper than Australian retailers at about $650.00, both prices in AUD as well! I did a bit of research on Chromeburner and saw mostly positive reviews, so I placed my order on a Friday here in Melbourne, Australia. Chromeburner advised during the transaction to use FedEx couriers for a slightly higher fee than their countries postal service. Sounded like a good idea, and boots arrived at my door step the following Wednesday morning. That is less than 6 days from Chromeburner in the Netherlands to the Melbourne suburbs! Fantastic service, with precise tracking of the parcel from FedEx. What's not to like? Great competitive price, fast and secure shipping and service. Postage with Netherlands post was super slow but it did get here about 4 weeks after the due date.

I’ve purchased twice from ChromeBurner in recent months. On both occasions the sale has been without fault with extremely quick delivery times even though I am located in Australia. I was definitely a bit apprehensive ordering expensive gear from the Netherlands during this uncertain time, but I was not disappointed. Chromeburner’s prices were great with no hidden charges to Australia. I got a bit anxious about the status of my delivery around the 2 week mark but the team were responsive and thorough in answering my questions. I received my items in 2.5 weeks.

Wanted the Shoei Neotec II but at $1100 in Australia this seemed a bit expensive. Took a chance and ordered through Chromeburner at $800 AU and received the Shoei Neotec II from the Netherlands within 3 weeks. Perfect condition. Would recommend anytime.

Would not recommend to future customers from Australia. Been waiting 3 weeks already. Called Auspost for more info, I was told and the parcel did not even leave the country where the parcel comes from. Chromeburner says otherwise, they have no influence over delivery company, excuses, etc...
Yes, they do. They choose the delivery company. Already many complaints from Australian customers that been waiting 2 months for their delivery (in Trustpilot reviews), nothing has improved. I've ordered from MotorStorm.it(wish I bought my gear from them) at the same time as i've ordered from chromeburner, they delivered it in 4 days. No excuse. As well as aliexpress - delivered in 12 days. You decide if you want to buy and wait weeks without updates from this store. Good luck

Shipped and on my doorstep in Australia within 10 days. No import duties and hundreds of dollars cheaper than anything in Aus. Great assistance with sizing as well. Will use again.

Everything has ran smoothly but I wish to ask all who have purchased in Aus did you get slugged with a fedex charge before they would deliver here in Aus. I looked into this prior and was of the understanding that all orders/imports under $1000 don’t get slugged with gst or import duties.

Disappointing customer service and still no idea whether I will ever receive my order paid for in November 2020 or a refund. I have had to send 7 emails requesting them to follow up with no luck. I have spent over an hour speaking to postal services only for them to say that it is up to the sender to lodge an enquiry. Now they do not respond to my emails... It has been 7 weeks since my order of over $600 AUD and no closer to a resolution. Avoid!

Before ChromeBurner is quick to reply to my review, these are the facts as they happened:

1. Order placed on 23rd November 2020

2. Over 25 emails back and forth with customer service saying they'll follow up with postal services but to this date I haven't received any updates on the apparent investigation into where my products are. Just the fact that there are delays (no sh, I know) due to Covid.

3. The estimated time on the website was 3-4 weeks maximum which should have come in on time before Christmas, which is why I didn't have to need to pay for express shipping (If I know it would take this long, trust me - I would've paid the extra odd $75).

My product has been sitting in Australian customs 'apparently' since after the 24th of November after it was shipped out of Amsterdam. This seems highly unlikely, because either the customs here are wearing my jacket and gloves or it hasn't left the shipping facility at all.

I understand the delays due to Covid, Christmas and New Years holidays, but this is way overdue.

For people considering ordering from this website, try to not use the shipping carrier 'POSTNL', rather use something more legitimate or just pay the extra for express shipping. Can't go wrong there.

I got my helmet in 11 days which is super impressive at the moment, it was about $90 less than anything on offer here with free shipping and it was even a colour they dont sell here anywhere. Super Happy!

Came in about 1 month to melbourne during covid ( was pretty much waiting in Melbourne for 2.5 - 3 of those weeks)

Ordered a new helmet and all came in perfect condition except for one small optional part (breath guard) which was lightly scratched from shipping)

Apart from that im very happy with the service they provide

i was shopping for 2 matching agv helmets 1 large 1 small chromeburner were the cheapest by far and had both sizes in stock there prices are the cheapest online by far would recommend this company delivery to sydney was as they stated at the time of order three weeks ,only downside is you need to spend $499 to get free delivery i would use them again 👍
