Do not buy from here . Delivery is from china . I have waited 3 weeks. Shoes just come in a plastic bag and they are plastic. What a pile of crap

false advertising. Claiming to be a London based business. Shoes are sub standard garbage distributed from China. Dont touch them. Scammers.

Shoes delivered miss shaped, wrong size and they want you to pay $20 to send them back to China through track and trace. Dont do it.

I had seen their products previously. Then saw " retirement sale" with large price reduction. I should have known by the reduction in price and all shoe sizes still available something wasn't right.
They took weeks to arrive "locally" from London, or so I thought.
I have received these poor quality shoes today. Its a SCAM. Originally £200, not worth £20. They smell of cheap plastic, and will cut my feet. Straight to donate to charity shop.

Agree with all the reviews. Shocking quality of goods and return policy makes it impossible to return anything. Dreadful scam and disingenuous that it is london based! Avoid!

I would give zero if I could this is not a UK company. The shoes when they eventually arrived were the wrong size not what I had ordered and not much like the site photograph at all. After many emails back and forth including photos I was told I could have a replacement pair if I paid shipping. I think not. Avoid this company at all cost

AWFUL- If I could give no stars I would . Awful customer service . Item poor quality and didn't fit , told to return it to China at my cost and if it is stopped by import duties there will be no refund ! I said I will return to london - not allowed !!

Beware, this is a company trading under many guises, not just Amelia Rose. It is not acting in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Inferior quality products being shipped directly from China, not London. Items I received were nothing like the description. Customer Service predominantly ignore your emails of concern. If your lucky you'll get offered a 40% refund & asked to keep the shoes. Otherwise, they suggest you post unwanted items back to China, using Royal Mail Track & Trace (very costly) for a full refund (& that's only if they arrive in China). Which is unlikely to happen due to parcel not getting through customs. The Company won't refund you, until the returns have arrived back in China. Don't fall for the scam. I guess Royal Mail will then be liable to pay for yours (& their) costs, not the Company. Utter disgrace..... If you pay by Credit Card, you may be protected that way. Do yourself a big favour & Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Please avoid this deceptive advertising. Ameliaroselondon is not a U.K. company. The ‘cozy grandma’ photos are AI. Items will be shipped from China. They will be of very poor quality and costs of return will out-way any refund. These outfits re-invent themselves every few months before being shut down. This looks very like Jules&Joshlondon. AVOID.

SCAM. Avoid this Chinese Company which also used to trade as Alice & Noah Birmingham but was shut down. The item you receive will be nothing like the description on the site (shoes are terribly made with plastic) They make it dearer to return than to purchase. They then offer a 30% discount which you will not receive.

Website suggests this is a UK based store. It is not.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This company used to trade as 'Olivia London' and had to shut down as it scammed its customers. It has now changed to 'Amelia Rose London' to start the scam all over again. The clothes you order will not arrive looking anything like they did in the pictures, and you will not get a refund, as it needs to go back to China and the parcel will be impounded by customs.
