Absolutely do not order from this fake company! I feel like I ordered something straight out of a gumball machine and I’m not able to shove it back in there and get a refund.
There is no way I’m providing a creepy video of me not fitting into what they provided me. Can’t even call it clothing.
The material is nothing like what is pictured. Wouldn’t put my dog in it.
Oh,they did offer me a courtesy,one time replacement of the same nonsense they sent in the first place for the $30 shipping fee. Only after 4 emails explaining that I refuse to send them pictures and videos of myself.
Please,never shop here.

Significant delayed delivery. Product arrived and it is horrible. Cheap material - practically see-through (no lining), fabric has flaws in it, no label on the clothing item. Clearly made by non-professionals. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Don’t waste your money.

Avoid this company! I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased clothing from Emilia Rose. The website is set up well and the clothing looks lovely, what actually turned up was a piece of tat. Nothing like the picture on the website, poor quality material and manufacture. I have logged a case with PayPal to try and get a refund as Emilia Rose have just sent a standard reply, saying nothing and offering nothing. Although they give the impression they are in Amsterdam I gather from other reviews they are actually in China. Buyer beware.

Exactly the same appalling customer service that everyone else has experienced. I’m trying to return a dress and am being asked to provide a video, photos, clothing dimensions, all so that they can find ‘the best solution’. Having just read the reviews, I realise I have zero chance of getting a refund. If there was a zero score, I would give that.

the jacket I received has no lining, the pockets are fake and the quality is worse than the costume jackets you get from a costume shops. the button on the jacket was of the worst quality and the stitching was DREADFUL with threads hanging off the sleeves. Do not make a mistake like I did. Reading the other reviews it appears that I will not get a refund. But I will write on Instagram and Facebook about these guys and will tell anyone and EVERYONE I know about this scam.

After endless ‘no contact’ about my return I’ve lost my money as this company has a policy of only refunding 30 days from ORDER ‘ but takes days to deliver and then days to give return info leaving 2 DAYS for a customer to self fund a return to California Basically a SCSM COMPANY
BUT since the money refund period expired I receive DAILY !!!!! emails with untrue ‘customer service’ statements
BEWARE AND DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR EMILIA OR EMILIA MELBOURNE

Very poorly presented in packaging. Screwed up up in a plastic bag. Fit poor. A long process to get information on how to return very disappointed

The quality is terrible. The dress doesn’t fit and the return email is a fake. Don’t buy!!! The return policy is a sham. They don’t even have customer service to reply to you.

Please DO NOT send for anything from this company Emiliarose. They advertise express delivery and free returns with no questions asked. I sent for a pair of shorts on 7/5/26 and finally received the item on 20/5/26. The item was flimsy and of very poor quality. There was no label with details of material used washing instructions etc. I contacted Emiliarose saying I wished to return the item and was asked to send photos of the item which I duly did. I received 5 successive emails each one offering me a discount if ordered a further item and kept the shorts.
I repeatedly stated I did not want any further items and certainly did not want to keep the shorts.
Finally I managed to secure a return form which involves sending the item from the UK to Los Angeles USA at a cost to myself. I believe this will be £10-14. I am not going to do this as the shorts cost £22 (reduced in their sale from £37) and I have no faith I will ever get a refund.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing and I am in complete agreement with all the other very similar bad reviews.

So far, absolutely appalling. I ordered a jacket, read the small detail and cancelled the order within 2 hours. Thoer own terms and conditions state that you can cancel at any time as long as the item has not shipped. I have written and written to ensure the amount was refunded, just received e mail that theitem has been shipped. I do not trust them to return my money when I return theotem, whcih will have to be at my own cost and inconvenince. Right now, I would say do not touch them with a bargepole!

Cheap quality, misleading presentation. Not recommended. I bought a tunic and a pair of pants. The items were slightly overpriced for the quality, which was very average. I was also charged an insurance fee. No idea what was insured. Delivery time was quite slow and attracted what seemed to be daily emails informing me of ‘progress’. Despite the company’s website saying they are Melbourne based I was charged a foreign transaction fee by my bank. When I sent an enquiry to Emilia as to whether they are in fact an overseas company the response was that some of their transactions are processed through foreign accounts and that they don’t charge for delivery. Not answering my question and for the record David Jones, Myer and several other companies do not charge for delivery on orders of the same value I purchased from Emilia. I have no issues with buying items from offshore companies but found this interaction with Emilia very misleading. The very well presented website is not in line with what appears to be no better than Temu or Shein.

This company SUCKS! Ordered and paid for a jumpsuit. They said it was out of stock. Requested a refund. They said I would be issued a store credit. Tried ordering another item but credit didn't go through. Contacted them again. They said it takes time for credit to go through. Asked me to send a screenshot of the replacement item i wanted along with other requests such as the item number. Seriously??? I think I am probably out $60. That's what I get for going with smaller businesses. From now on I will only use Amazon.

You do not get what you ordered and when you try and ask for return details, they keep offering further discounts on more orders!

Total scam. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Rubbish dress nothing like picture. So badly made and odd fabric. Website pictures sell false image. So upset I didn’t check its reviews.

Sent completely different item from my order but would not accept that it was not correct. It was a different style and colour and I sent photographs to prove same. Anyone who wasn't blind could clearly see the difference. I would never deal with this company again but was given the option of a 15% discount which I accepted as I was so fed up with them denying it wasn't incorrect. 2Their e-mails were polite but they would not accept the obvious - I did not receive the correct item. Avoid at all costs.

The dress I ordered was completely different from what was advertised. It was the wrong colour, length, material, and design, and the quality was incredibly poor.

They refused to refund me for a dress that cost £52. I’m honestly shocked by this company. Please do not waste your money.

Company is based in HongKong not Australia.

I purchased two items and then thought something seemed a bit strange so I checked them out and saw the shocking reviews after I purchased and I cancelled my order a few hours later.

That was 4 weeks ago, still no refund, they did agree to refund after many many emails explaining the systems were down and refund might take sometime, they offered countless worthless gimmicks instead, just total run around.

I raised my issue to PayPal to help with refund, Emila or the parent Company (Elite E commerce enterprises) are trying to get me to close my case saying they will payout within 24 hours if PayPal case is closed, but that’s just a scam as you can’t raise paypal case twice, unbelievable!!! Dodgy to the very end.

Super Dodgy.

Just a tip to anyone that has purchased from this Fraudulent Clothing Company EmiliaRose make a claim to your Credit Card Company to get a refund as you want get it from EmiliaRose who pretends they are in Melbourne and they aren't at all!!

This clothing store is a scam. It might say Netherlands, but orders get sent from China. The tops are 100% polyester and are very uncomfortable to wear, very small and has 0 stretch. Their site says they will return for refund with no questions asked, but they actually asked many times and offered vouchers for next purchase instead of honouring the return request. Stay away from this site!

I only wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered what looked to be a smart white blazer. Ages arriving, unlined, creased, shoddy see through material, no label, all squeezed into a small plastic bag. Although the return address on the bag (delivered by Royal Mail) is given as Feltham, London, they want me to send it to Zhejiang, China. I know I would end up getting zilch. Please people BEWARE of this scam.
