Regretting I have not read reviews, total scam as the others mentioned Chinese rubbish and advertising as coming from Netherlands, when you request refund scamming you with offers of discounts for next product 🤣 like you would go for it twice, they want me to send it back to USA 😂 i will dispute through visa and see where I get as no hope from them. AVOID

The worst quality ever, threads are loose everywhere and sticking out on very visible pockets. This is the worse quality I ever seen. It’s a shapeless cheap garment, total garbage.

I have read a few reviews as was concerned at what to do next? My order as all the others on here was laughable, arriving 3 weeks after I ordered it which made me think it wasn’t a BRITISH company at all run by two lovely grannies just about to retire after a long and successful journey together in sales??? The product completely unlike the advertising and they’d added another dress to the order without me realising. Over £130 in total and the stench of plastic on the shoes just awful. I wrote and again was offered a keep them and we’ll give you a 40% refund or full refund back to china costing 20€, I replied I didn’t want either and to simply send me a returns label for free shipping and full refund. I had a reply to say they’d shut down temporarily but to rest assured they’d be in touch! On the website it states clearly that 2 British grannies are after many years closing down and the whole site clearly took me in with the gorgeous shots and look of the products, a complete con it seems. So the question is how do we get a refund? The local ombudsman perhaps? Has anyone tried this, why should we be stuck with a package of shoes and a dress that isn’t wanted.. please offer advise.

Bought a jacket from them. Horrible and not as advertised. Trying to send it back is not easy. Don't want to know! Definitely avoid them at all costs, don't think I will see my £79 again!!

Absolutely appalling! They should not be allowed to trade.
I ordered a trouser set and it arrived 2 weeks late! The trousers are too long in the leg, the top gapes under the arms.
Contacted them to ask for the return address, as yet no return address supplied and they have asked for more money to send a different size, even though the trouser legs are 1 size!
I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I've ordered an orange jumpsuit in two(2) sizes for a wedding abroad.

In tracking the package, Royal Mail state that its been sent...it's been like this for 5 days now.

I've emailed them today, and fingers crossed for a positive response and experience 🤞

Regret not reading the fine print on this one. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. They took 4 weeks to arrive, from China. They did not fit well - even the wide sizes are narrow - and one pair was even the wrong color from what I ordered. They also appear very cheaply made. When I contacted them for a refund, which the website said would be easy, I was denied. Only offered discounts and/or credit on future purchases. Absolutely not throwing good money after bad for this company. Stay away, do not order from them.

Do not use this company it is a scam. The items are such poor quality you couldn't even use them for dressing up! they then ask you to return to an address in California which is a charity drop warehouse. I am going through my bank to try to get my money back

I ordered two swimsuits before going on holiday in March. They hadn't arrived before I left . I emailed them while abroad , was assured they would still be delivered. however eventually I got an email advising the order was never processed . Have been promised a refund , but nothing despite constantly chasing this up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would like to give no stars. I like many other people did not read the reviews. As they all say, a complete con. Dress was supposed to be cotton and it was pure nylon And just to add insult, I tried to return it and their email address does not seem to exist!

I had an awful experience with this online shop, and after reading other feedback, I can see I’m not the only one.

There is no clear information about where this company is actually based. When I made my purchase, I received:

* one receipt showing payment in Australian dollars,
* another receipt showing payment in USD,
* and an order confirmation showing payment in GBP.

You never know whether you are buying from London, the Netherlands, the USA, or Australia.

When I ordered my items, I requested size M. Later, they emailed me saying one of the coats was unavailable and offered me a replacement. The “offer” was simply two photos of coats chosen by them and sent by email asking me to choose one.

I declined the replacement and requested a refund. They replied saying they had an issue with their refund system and offered store credit instead. I did not want store credit from a shop where many items are already out of stock, so I requested a replacement instead.

After endless emails every day for 14 days, they still did not process the replacement. I requested a refund again, and they repeated that they had issues with refunds. I asked three more times, and they kept insisting on store credit only.

In the end, with no other way to get my money back, I accepted the store credit. You would not believe it — it was just a blank card with no name, no reference number, and no instructions. The website also has no option to use store credit because they only accept card payments.

Now I am left with:

* no order,
* no refund,
* and no usable credit.

It has now been 24 days, and I am exhausted from emailing them and waiting 2–3 days for replies. They usually respond in the middle of the night, which also feels very strange.

Very disappointing experience.

Extremely poor quality, a blazer made of sport-clothing sweat material, nothing like it looks on the website, and at a price that doesn't let suspect of this.
Very long service and delivery time, ca. 2 weeks. I requested order cancellation before dispatch, and instead of canceling it was dispatched immediately. I am contacting Consumer Rights and now requested paid return.
Such traders should not be allowed in the market.

Awful company - short review do not purchase anything from this website

This company's customer service is appalling. It states 30 day free returns policy. I have attempted to return some trousers which were not long enough and they have insisted on photos as proof and are now offering a different size but I have to pay shipping costs of almost half the cost of the product! A different size will not be suitable as it is the length which is the issue .
So since this post and my response to the company expressing my dissatisfaction they have offered a complete replacement, no postage costs and no need to return the original. I have ordered the next size up in the hope they are longer but all credit to the company for trying to rectify the situation. I will wait to see the final outcome ………

Awful awful company. They claim to give next day delivery but took 2w to arrive and where arrived was a completely different product. Absolute tat.. false advertising.
I paid through PayPal so will try dispute payment

If there was a “nil Star”. I would award it! Dress arrived after nearly 2-weeks, cheap, nasty fabric, badly made cost £150! Poor fit, tried to return, e-mail after e-mail making it more and more difficult - asking for photographs including one of the “tag”. There wasn’t a tag! I have thrown it in the charity bag! Hopefully because I paid on a credit card I might be refunded! Dreadful! AVOID!

BUYER BEWARE!! This company does not stand by their policy. I have received a very poorly made dress which I have tried to return and have been in communication with them time after time to no avail. Their policy states a 30 day return but rather than returning my money, they try every tactic in the book for you to keep the merchandise by offering me 15% off on my next purchase. In fact, they tried to reason and persuade me why I should keep the dress. I am completely baffled & appalled with their business ethics and have never experienced anything like this. They are not a US based company and feel they can get away with scamming customers. I am now stuck with a dress which will be given to Goodwill.

Advised to return goods to an address at bottom of returns form. Transpired it was the address of a clothes recycling centre, 16 Queens Court Greets, Green Road, West Bromwich, B70 9EG

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING. I AGREE WITH ALL OF THEM, POOR QUALITY, ASKED FOR A REFUND WOULD ONLY GIVE 10%. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE THE REST OF US, THEY SUCK!!!!!

Also would offer a minus score for this company. Stuck in a never ending dialogue about why I want to return my items which are extremely poor quality and see-through - so I cannot wear for work. The company fails to deal with customers as outlined in their own policy. Do not buy from this company is my recommendation
