Would give zero stars if I could searched on google for a double breasted coat the first image up was from Emilia Rose ordered the coat sent a question no answer checked Trustpilot to late scammers. Got back in touch asked for a refund informed that I had read Trustpilot and said that they are scammers then coat arrived well it had no lining not even a stable button on the inside to hold it even said the cost was over £200 but only £75 well it was not worth £5 you could see right through it.what was also more annoying that they were the first image on google I will definitely be requesting a refund

Sadly a poor experience my shoes didn’t fit my foot shape, but they refuse to refund me and wanted to send me another size which would’ve been too big, would never shop with them again. The shoes also arrived too late for the wedding. I bought them for so total waste of money from my part.

Please do not purchase from this company. I have received the "leather" shoes ordered and they look like they are made from cardboard! Despite ordering the correct size, they are huge and of no use to me at all. So disappointed. I have requested a refund but am yet to get a reply. Contact address is China which is an indication of how difficult getting any help is going to be

Wish I had seen the reviews before buying from this company. I ordered a long cardigan that looked like it was about to create large holes in the wool due to the weight of it. Looks nothing like the item in their glamorous website photos. I have requested a return but heard nothing back. Please avoid this company!!

SCAM, lovely pictured website hiding under an awful less than basic type garment making shop, quality awful materials cheap unlabelled garments that you are then forced to return abroad costing half of what you paid, I demanded returns information I did not send photos of item etc which is what they wanted simply told them again and again item was not suitable enough and then I sent it back to them in America out of principle, I wanted my money back, PayPal and my bank were happy to refund as I’d got proof item had been sent back as requested by them (I also took loads of pics) as they hadn’t refunded my money after receiving item back AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ok so I ordered a pair of boots for my GD on October 4th, I was sent a tracking number and a royal mail tracking number for the last mile.
Since October 7th the tracking has said in transit, now it is the 17th and the tracking order numbers are not working.
Nobody is replying to my emails so of course this leads me to believe the company are not legit.
The boots were for a young lady for a special event which has passed.
The company has my money and I don't have the boots or my refund.
Because of this stressful experience I would advise anyone to avoid this company and beware it is possible they work under or change their name.

Scammers!! Returned an item and requested a refund. Have never received it. Shocking reviews . I should have checked Trustpilot before using them. Only bad reviews. Never again.

Avoid at all costs, my 84 year old mother ordered a top that when it arrived looked nothing like the product advertised and was awful quality. She has returned it and they are trying every trick in the book to avoid issuing a refund. Con artists

I ordered a jacket which was supposed to have a zip! It clearly stated in the description that it had one. It does not. After repeated attempts to get advice re the return of the product I have received several bland statements referring to quality control assessment after sending pictures. I am now being completely ignored. Returns have to sent to the USA and have to be funded by the purchaser after receiving instructions from the company! I am left unable to do anything. Please do not fall into the same trap as me.

I made a huge mistake of not looking at the reviews first and then buying from them. They know how to trap customers and do not respond when you want to return or refund. Please be careful of this fraud and make sure you dont fall into their trap.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with Emilia and the unacceptable manner in which my order and subsequent complaint have been handled.

Despite paying for my order, I have never received the item. I have CCTV surveillance at my property and have repeatedly informed the company that no delivery took place.

Rather than taking responsibility and resolving the matter professionally, their customer service team has subjected me to a prolonged and frustrating series of emails, repeatedly asking me to check for a parcel that I have already made clear was never delivered.

Initially, I was offered a replacement, which I accepted in good faith. However, following further unsatisfactory communication and unnecessary delays, I decided that I no longer wished to proceed with a replacement and formally requested a full refund.

To my astonishment, instead of addressing my request, the company offered me a voucher equivalent to the value of my original order, effectively expecting me to make another purchase from a business that has already failed to fulfil my first.

I find this approach entirely unacceptable. I paid for goods that I did not receive, and I should not have to negotiate repeatedly simply to recover my own money.

The lack of accountability, professionalism and genuine customer care demonstrated throughout this experience has seriously undermined my confidence in this company.

Under UK consumer law, retailers generally remain responsible for goods until they are delivered into the consumer’s physical possession or that of an authorised recipient. Offering vouchers instead of properly addressing a non-delivery complaint is not an adequate resolution.

I am not seeking compensation, special treatment or anything beyond what I am entitled to: a full refund for an item I never received.

At the time of writing, this matter remains unresolved, despite my repeated attempts to reach a reasonable conclusion.

I would strongly encourage prospective customers to consider my experience before placing an order with this company.

An organisation’s reputation is not determined solely by the products it sells, but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with Emilia has fallen considerably below any reasonable standard of customer service.

I sincerely hope the company takes this complaint seriously and finally provides the refund I have requested.

My mum has bought a dress from them which is clearly too big when trying on and the company are refusing to refund
How anyone in 2026 can refuse to refund a customer is beyond me. It's disgusting and I would NOT buy from them because quite frankly they are thieves

Bought what looked like a high end dress for a gift, what was delivered is not worthy of lining our bin!

DO NOT get anything from this company. I ordered a size 7 shoe and received a size 6 it was a very small fit anyway. I emailed the company, got asked for photo proof sent that in and I asked again for my refund they said it was with the managers for decision. Continuing to ignore my emails now after a month

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company the shipping takes ages the products are very poor quality and do not resemble the pictures on the website. They make arranging returns very onerous so I raised with PayPal Resolution centre and once provided them the relevant details got an immediate refund. Do not order from this site it is a scam

Don’t say you haven’t been warned! The top I ordered was absolute rubbish. It took me days to receive a returns note after being offered substantial reduction in price if I kept the garment. I emailed them to say the only way I would keep it was if they gave me 100% refund. I would then have donate to a clothes bin.
Hardest part is that it cost me £15 to post the item back to LA! It would have been easier to accept the final offer of refund (which was increased several times). However, on principle, I have fought for several weeks requesting a refund for my postage. I have now given up, disgusted by the fact that they have no pride in their business.

They sent me a frickin rag. It was HORRIBLE...No tags in it..looked NOTHING LIKE the advertised dress. Then when I asked to return for refund they told me the cost to return is so expensive that it wouldn't be worth it!

I ordered a top online. Received it after 22 days from China and not Australia. The top in the picture looked a fitted, high quality top, gathered on the side. What I’ve received is a piece of rag. I wish I had seen the reviews before I place my order. I wouldn’t have given it a one star if I could.
