I would give this company a minus score if I could. I ordered a pair of sandals and I didn't like the fit. I immediately sent an email to process a return and refund. The communication is horrible. They have refused to issue a refund saying that they were sold as a final sale. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

They are a fraud. When I paid the item plus shipping was $73. When I got the email confirmation, they had charged $102. the address say Netherlands but shipping obviously is from China. Totally not what the images purport to be.

Why didn't I read these reviews before I ordered 4 jackets which I fully believed were from a UK company. They are not! They are in China. It has cost me £35.90 to return having paid £203.99 in the first place. Shoddy rubbish which are massively over priced. If I could give MINUS 5 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LIARS. They do not tell you the returns are to China until you want to return. You have to get their permission and only then do they tell you the address to return to. They try to put you off going through your credit card to get your money back. They use scare-tactics. I SHALL be pursuing this through my credit card to get every penny back. They should be closed down!!!!

BEWARE- they advertise as Amelia and Rose- Boston. Ordered shoes thinking they were a nice mom and daughter boutique shop. WRONG! The shoes crappy plastic like something h you can purchase at a Dollar Tree. Called credit card company immediately. They threatened me if I didn’t drop the dispute. Ha! Aren’t gonna to drop nothing.

The blouse I ordered arrived too late but I did try it on in any case. However it did not fit so I tried to return it for a refund. I have twice been offered discount vouchers on my next purchase which I do not want and eventually got the address for the return - in China! I have done this now at an extra cost of £19.00 as this is now a matter of principle. It will be interesting to see if I do get a refund.
Never again, this has been a costly lesson.

This is a scam. I ordered a jumpsuit and it claimed next day delivery...when it finally arrived 2 weeks later it was cheap and badly made. When I requested a refund they said I'd have to pay shipping costs to return it back to China and offered me a 15% refund instead. Do not buy from here!!

Absolute scam!

Bought a jumpsuit which took over 3 weeks to arrive, only to be a two piece set made of what can only be described as parachute material. Completely see-through, terrible quality and crucially... not a jumpsuit!

Not at all like the images used on the website and thoroughly disappointing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT'S FAKE. It's a con based in China. I ordered some blouses. They eventually arrived but the fabric and style is not as described or as seen in the website photos, and certainly not what I ordered. The quality is horrendous, and very possibly an unsafe fabric. I am reporting it to Trading Standards.

This is not a genuine company. They are a company from China. They to provide high quality shoes but this is not true.I was very disappointed that they would not refund money. I ordered two pairs of shoes the same size! But one of the pairs was 2 sizes bigger than I wanted. I sent picture evidence but they refused a refused but offered a discounted refund and asked me to keep the shoes. Be very careful with this company.

Absolutely appalling experience. I bought a lounge suit the shipping took so long and I was unable to get any tracking details. The item finally arrived and the quality was absolutely terrible. I’m trying to return it but they just keep offering me discounts on further purchases which is outrageous. What they are doing I believe is illegal as I have a right to a refund. I would avoid this company at all costs.

It’s a total scam, products are not from advertised location (ie lovely little London Boutique) they are a company in China, items are very poor quality and not to size at all! Took ages to arrive and cannot get refund offered at 40% and keep item (like I want to keep it, not sending back to China for the huge cost implicated) latest email today says:
“We would like to inform you that Amelia & Rose London is currently temporarily closed. In the meantime, we will reach out to you once we are back in operation so we can continue assisting you with the next steps we previously discussed”
I very much doubt I will ever see that refund! Lesson learnt 😔

why can't this scam company be barred from selling. total scammed and I'm usually careful.....rubbish dress wouldn't let my dog sleep on it it stinks of chemicals.....looks like a bin bag....asked for return forms....want me to pay fortune to return to China....together with taxes... if I got one.Scam address and form. keep giving me discount codes....wouldn't have 100 percent discount code thankyou very much wouldn't be seen dead in their clothes. also think they change the name of sites they use...pls keep clear £45 down the drain....

I would give no stars if possible! This site is a scam and I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering but who wouldn’t trust a couple of grandmothers retiring to be with their family 🤮. Like other reviews shoes were shipped from China, took over 2 weeks to arrive, were wrong size, in plastic bags, poorer quality than you would expect of low end high street, toxic smell. Have requested a refund and not hopeful. Do not order from Amelia and Rose!!!

Omg I wished I had looked at these reviews before ordering. Like others have said a complete pile of junk! They couldn’t even send the correct size! And they are saying final offer and will give me a 50% refund!! The shoes are plastic.
They are complete scammers.
