Adam is a very good salesman

Adam is a very good salesman. He gave me every option that was available unfortunately I don't like having things monthly and refused the offers . eventually I got just what I wanted which was somebody to come and look at my fridge freezer.£149 paid in advance so I am hoping that it will be worth the money.

Love it

I love my lightweight vacuum stick. I recently bought another one and gave my old one to my granddaughter. I managed to get one for my friend who loves it.

Norovirus holiday!

My friend and I travel to the Isle of Man with Alfa travel in July this year. We contracted Norovirus on the first day and were very ill in bed for the duration of the holiday . i’m so glad we had holiday insurance advised by Alfa travel when we booked it appears from what we heard that the I Isle of man has a lot of norovirus we ended up having to have paramedics and staying two days after the coach had gone. The insurance paid to get us home in a taxi and for the two days extra we had to pay for the room. The holiday on the whole was horrendous with us trying to clean the bathroom with underwear and change bedding ourselves as isolating in a tiny room with a small window . we were charged £2 for a bottle of water in a glass bottle l In the end, we boiled water in the kettle and cooled it and drank that. there was no compensation for our loss of holiday with this insurance and nothing offered from Alfa travel who only continued to say it wasn’t their fault.

Claiming insurance

There are a lot of people involved in this .I feel that there should be one person coordinating it all instead of that it takes many phone calls and different people asking for the same information. During this time, I was quite ill in bed and it was difficult to provide all the information needed by so many different people

Multi trip

I found this policy on a multi trip easy to renew I was sent an email with all the information of the new price which had gone up £10 this year. I haven’t claimed although I’ve been with this company a few years so I can’t comment on that aspect. The price was good according to my age which I suppose makes a difference the older you get?

Good volue holiday's The travelling…

Good volue holiday's The travelling takes forever depending on where you join the coach .Travelled to Scarborough to the Grand ,the seagulls are horrendous a d we were kept awake by constant noise as they nest in the buildings and are damaging the hotel.Avoid this hotel although the food was o.k . Not very organised at the hotel booking in .National holiday's staff on booking are helpful and driver good

Everything was delivered as expected

Everything was delivered as expected. The delivery driver was good and even moved the very large parcel for me to a different location outside my house. The Delivery came on time The delivery driver even reminded me to water the large hanging baskets which they had delivered.

Impossible to get a refund

I have been trying for months to get a refund for a dress that did not fit and was sent back to them. It cost me £8 to return it to the USA at the address given and I’ve sent numerous photographs of postage parcels with the address on an incident number etc.I have contacted PayPal to try and get my money back and as yet no success. They have always got some excuse the latest one is they cannot open my photo of the certificate of posting so cannot give me my money back. I will not be buying from them again.

This policy was extremely good value…

This policy was extremely good value for money and had many extras included. I changed my insurance and this insurance was far cheaper and gave the same inclusions as my other home insurance policy.It doesn’t come into force until August 6 so have no issues to report.

Complain to Moonpig as the last two…They need to sort this out and in the meantime I will not be ordering any more cards or presents from them

Complain to Moonpig as the last two cards I have ordered have had questionmarks after my good wishes. I found this embarrassing as It seemed I wasn’t sure if they were 21 or should have a good birthday. I did Contact them and they have removed them from my second card. It is obvious from what they said an automated process problem.They need to sort this out and in the meantime I will not be ordering any more cards or presents from them

Very good service whilst buying the…

Very good service whilst buying the car.Fell short on a few issues,
The car mats had not been replaced on an almost new car.l had to remove the fitted car mats from my trade in of same model.There was no cover for the documents they were pushed into the glove box.Had to ring up for information about ford roadside cover and was given the number to ring incase of need.Sandicliffe you need to pay attention to detail if you want 5 stars.
