The overall holiday was great
The overall holiday was great. Food, trips etc too. It was let down by very poor service on the return trip which has left a bad feeling over riding all the that we had just experienced.

Long journey to Scarborough
Due to the route that was taken it took 3 hours and 40 minutes to get from Blackburn to Rochdale to then pick up 1 person, that was a 45 minute, 20 mile journey.
The company should have had a feeder coach that picked everyone up from the Manchester area and met at Birch services to then carry on the journey.
It took 7 hours to get from Blackburn to Scarborough, absolutely crazy.

Scarborough Grand needs work
Enjoyed Scarborough and the Grand Was surpri no routine was ok. We didn't have any problems but a lot of others did. Bit of a warren easy to get lost and definitely needs a lot of work. No room service or even towel toilet roll top ups as we didn't stay 4 nights. Frightening lifts

Everything was great
Everything was great. The coach was on time and the drivers friendly and cheerful, journey great and overall a lovely time was had .

It was a shambles on line as kept saying I had an account and password. Rang and booked on line with a very friendly efficient lady called Sadie, and booking was speedy and easy

Never again
When I booked it was not made clear that the trip would depart in the early hours of the morning and pick up in numerous places. We could not get to the revised departure point by the early hours time required so had to book a train. Will never book with this company again.
