Tasty shakes

I never had a problem and the delivery's are always on time. The shakes are tasty too unlike some other brands

Awful experience

I placed an order on 2 March for an item that was clearly shown as in stock, with an estimated in-store collection date between 6–9 March. As of today, the order is still showing as “processing”, and the only communication I’ve received is a vague email stating that the order is delayed, with no explanation or revised timeframe.

I visited the Norwich store in person to try and resolve the issue. The staff there were helpful and did what they could, but understandably they were limited in what they could do. The problem clearly sits with the online order and stock system rather than the store staff.

I also contacted customer service, which is difficult in itself given the limited hours (9–5:30 Monday–Friday) and the unhelpful chatbot. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that they cannot locate the stock, cannot process the order, and that I should simply cancel it. No timeframe, no solution, and very little effort to help.

This raises a serious question: why are items being sold online as in stock with specific collection dates if the stock cannot actually be located or fulfilled? This wastes customers’ time and creates false expectations.

If I cancel the order, I’m also told I must wait up to 7 working days for a refund, meaning the entire process has been a significant inconvenience with no resolution.

Southwold bakery serving food with there bare dirty hands

One lady on the till the other grabbing pastry’s and sandwiches with her bare hands. After paying for a sausage sandwich the lady then bypassed the tongues and grabbed it with her grubby hands. After saying I wanted another one they said there aren’t any and I couldn’t get a refund. The last time I’ll be using this company. I would like a refund. I may as well of thrown £3.60 on the pavement.

Their customer service isn’t great

There customer service isn’t great. First stating they will hold the rest of an order until stock arrives on one item fair enough it’s only a few days. A day after the order should of been despatched I then received an email stating the back ordered stock is delayed further with no information on how long. After ask two days after the email if they could ship the rest of the order and then ship the delayed stock once it arrives, I get told I’d have to pay more money to cover the postage of the delayed item. As a company for putting the customer at a inconvenience with no delivery time scale you would of though they would cover the £2.95 cost themselves.

Calling a customer a moron, because they don’t understand English well.

The customer service in the Norwich riverside branch is shocking. After going in to the store to find and purchase what I was looking for I proceeded to wait and stand in the area for my number to be called. There was about 10 other people waiting around and no members of staff were at the tills or on the shop floor. Instead the majority of the staff were in the warehouse visible for all the customers to see playing on their phones or having a chat. Sometime later two male colleagues decided they had to do some work and serve us. Just before my turn there was a foreign gentleman who mistakenly didn’t understand that he had to be in the click and collect que. After one of the staff members rudely explained this to the customer and pointed him in the right direction, he proceeded to call the customer a MORON! To which both staff members behind the till found it highly amusing. I highly doubt they would of said this to someone who speaks fluent English! I’ve never seen customer service like this before and won’t be using Argos riverside ever again. Absolutely disgusting!

I’d give zero if I could

I’d give zero if I could. The worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. Rude email responses, rude uncooperative telephone manner. The company has no respect or care for the public’s health. Covid cover they say, you’ll be financially safe they say. I’m unable to change holiday dates because I’m not giving them 10 weeks notice. I’m sorry but how did I know that the Covid cases in the north west of England would go through the roof and cause local lockdowns weeks ago. If I knew that I’d be working for the government! In the middle of a pandemic normal rules can’t apply. Disgusting company, I will never use again!

Montane clothing

I have brought a coat and walking trousers from montane and there the most comfy and warm/ breathable walking clothing I've brought. The two peices of clothing I brought were expensive but defiantly worth forking out the money and not being disappointed. But you get what you pay for.

Using wex's part exchange.

I have just part exchanged with wex for credit towards another purchase. I have expereniced no problem and have received great customer service from Sam in the part ex department. I have been kept up to date with every stage of the process by email and have just got of the phone with there admin team member. Over all I would use there service again.
