My experience with The Cotswold Company has been a nightmare. My table and chairs arrived damaged—one cracked chair, a cracked leaf, refused removal of faulty table and writing on another leaf.
SEVERAL Replacement attempts have been a disaster: the delivery team refused to remove the faulty table, leading to another attempt in which they only replaced the tabletop, resulting in an uneven table top with gaps, and difficulty to use. The driver was abrupt and struggled for 15 minutes to fit the new top.

I ask, (with no response)
• Was the driver instructed to replace only the tabletop or the full table? These units are built as a single product, so a partial replacement is completely inadequate.

I have followed all instructions, cooperated fully, and communicated promptly. I am simply asking for one thing: a new, complete table delivered and installed correctly. I am still waiting for a senior member of customer service (Chris E) to contact me—this is unacceptable.
I was told that would be within 48 hours, it’s now been 5 days.

The poor product quality and disorganised service make this an extremely frustrating experience

We love the product, the people who sell you the product and in particular the people who deliver the product. Charlie and Rob are the most cheerful and thoughtful delivery team you could ever wish for -
even at 6.40 am! And they took all the packing material away when they had finished. Just the best, thank you guys.

We received our delivery yesterday and wanted to express how lovely the service was. The store was full of gorgeous furniture and accessories, the quality of the furniture is beautiful and well built with a 15 year guarantee and the delivery team who attended were great.
We visited the store and made our purchases with Mark who was really nice, helpful and he took his time with us as we had multiple purchases we was making.
We then saw that some of our furniture had gone on sale before it had been delivered so we contacted the store and they honoured the sale price and refunded us the difference.
Our delivery guys were Ian and Michael who were extremely polite and helpful, the packaging was un done and removed so we didnt have to worry about that and they put all the furniture into my rooms very carefully and removed shoes when going upstairs. Thank you, we are expecting another delivery on Thursday!!

After a hiccup with the delivery last time(chest of drawers badly damaged once the packaging was taken off) the replacement delivered today was exemplary by Simon K and Sui Pai. Kept me fully informed and item delivered with minutes of the projected time.

Matthew and Tristan from the Cotswold Company were absolutely outstanding. They delivered and assembled my wardrobe and two chest of drawers with exceptional professionalism and care. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Their attention to detail was impressive, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and finished to a high standard. They worked seamlessly as a team and left everything clean and tidy. Purchased stunning bedroom furniture which was delivered by two amazing and efficient guys, Sam & Igors arrived at 7.40am on time and unpacked speedily but with care and respect for my home and the furniture. Great guys all rubbish removed.. but most importantly they took time to say hellos to my two rescue boxers….

Great quality service

Really pleased with our new single beds. They are sturdy and seem well made. Delivery was great and our delivery guys put the beds together and took all the packaging away. Only thing is the mattresses - fine for kids and very springy but not the comfiest for adults.
