Their customer service isn’t great

There customer service isn’t great. First stating they will hold the rest of an order until stock arrives on one item fair enough it’s only a few days. A day after the order should of been despatched I then received an email stating the back ordered stock is delayed further with no information on how long. After ask two days after the email if they could ship the rest of the order and then ship the delayed stock once it arrives, I get told I’d have to pay more money to cover the postage of the delayed item. As a company for putting the customer at a inconvenience with no delivery time scale you would of though they would cover the £2.95 cost themselves.

Normally when we split orders that have been waiting some time we do not charge any additional postage cost and I will be reviewing this case internally.
