The experience was not bad
The experience was good, though I wasn't happy with the addition of an insurance charge that I didn't get a choice about having. Or the repeated request for my review. I know it helps your business and I understand but I've received close to 10 emails asking for my review.
Now personally if after the 4th email hadn't gotten a response I wouldn't send anymore.
But alas here we are...You've sent too many emails and I've been bothered enough to finally leave a review.
That being said the products and customer service are amazing. And I would recommend this company to anyone

While we recommend it due to the extended processing times with carrier companies for replacing lost or damaged items, please accept our heartfelt apologies for any confusion.
