My hard drive failed and I lost everything - not good! Richard and his team were friendly, professional and understanding and most importantly they got everything back. 12/10!!

Four years worth of business documentation, personal information & photographs on a portable hard drive. The portable hard drive was dropped about 150mm on to a glass topped coffee table and became inaccessible. PANIC.
All info backed up daily. Did a restore to find 172,000 files but no structure so no accessibility and therefore absolutely useless. More PANIC
In five days the guys at Xytron had collected the drive, recovered most of the information and returned the data to me on a new portable hard drive - JOY

Xytron have provided me with an excellent service, from the first day I contacted them to the day they returned my recovered data.
