Xytron Data Recovery UK Bewertungen

Our desktop hard drive crashed. Xytron we’re recommended by a friend.
Took the drive to their premises in Rotherwas and found them very approachable and helpful. Bought a new replacement SSD drive and delivered to Xytron. Most of our data including all 70,000 plus of my photographs were recovered, for which I am extremely grateful. Excellent service.

I can highly recommend Xytron Data Recovery; my external hard drive failed, and not being tech-savvy I was very worried about the process of data recovery. Xytron were very efficient, and very clear communicators who broke down the entire process for me. I would recommend Xytron again to anyone who needs data recovery, and they managed to recover nearly all my data. I am extremely satisfied with their service - keep up the good work!

Very helpful with a prompt successful solution.

I have had an amazing experience using this company. Brilliant communication right from the start and throughout the whole job keeping me informed and up to date with what was happening. Awesome customer service, they explained everything very clearly and up front. The turn around time was very quick.
I would highly recommend this company.

I was recommended Xytron by my local Apple repair store. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from them.

I had lost years worth of pictures dating back to 2013! They were on an old MacBook that wouldn’t turn on. I was so worried that I would never be able to access my precious memories again! On top of that, I had forgotten the password for my laptop, which was a further barrier to gaining access to the hard drive.

Richard and his team reassured me that they would do their best to access my data and they did! I'd highly recommend Xytron to anyone looking to access lost data! They are professional and have great customer service!

I can’t thank Richard enough for his help!

Excellent service - quick and efficient - highly recommended

Very quick communication after receiving the hard drive and will only charge you once they have recovered data and your happy with the files that have been recovered. Will certainly recommend to anyone else who suffers same problem with failed hard drives.

Excellent service. Highly recommend.
Recovered all the data from my broken drive.
Kept me fully informed and easy download of over 60Gb of files once recovered.

Excellent quick service, can’t fault it!

A great job getting all my data back after disk suddenly became unrecognisable. It turned out that it was a firmware issue so no actual corruption but Xytron got everything back. I opted to ftp the data down which, as you would expect, took 2 days but you have other options. The up front quote was good as it told me what the cost was likely to be which means you can evaluate whether or not you value that particular data enough to warrant the expense before sending the drive to them. All in all an excellent service.

I have used Xytron for around 15 years and have found them to be an excellent company to deal with.

First class job, thanks to the Xytron team,

Having had a Hard Drive failure with no back up we thought all was lost. After various failed attempts by other experts to recover the data we were recommended to Xytron before giving up.
Within a week all our data was safely back to us!
From start to finish the professional manner in which Xytron dealt with our issue and the level of communication along the whole way was simply first class.

The service I received from Xytron was excellent, they were able to save all of my data. I was updated throughout the process and was given great service the whole time.

You never use Xytron unless you have to, but when you do they go out of their way to help. My customer is very happy you were able to recover their data, and if they're happy, I'm happy. Thank you Xytron.

I have used Xytron Data Recovery UK in Hereford a number of times now and I have to say:
Nothing is too much trouble
They are extremely professional
Their communications are absolutely clear and precise
The results are fantastic
The accessibility to the recovered information is superb

If you need data recovered do not hesitate to contact Richard and get your data back!

In the dodgy world of the data recovery services, I really recommend this company.

I would recommend Xytron in the strongest terms to anyone looking to have their data recovered. I literally could not be happier with my dealings with them and the result.

I contacted Xytron about the recovery of a completely inaccessible 1tb hard disk that had dramatically failed and was literally invisible to the bios. I spoke to one of their experts, who was friendly and helpful, and arranged to drop-off the drive at a convenient time for me. By the end of the same day they had diagnosed the problem and provided a very reasonable quote for the recovery and cloning of the drive.

By 15:30 the following day I had a full clone of the disk on an solid state drive, which, upon reinstallation into my machine, immediately worked perfectly.

They were extremely helpful, dealt with the matter quickly, clearly knew what they were doing, were strong in terms of communication, clear about prices, and made what would otherwise have been a very stressful period of time vastly easier from the moment I was in contact with them.

Fantastic, 10/10.

I am very pleased with the service given by Xytron Data Recovery. I had a hard drive failure, leaving me without system backups, sensitive work documents, and many personal files. The files were recovered and delivered to me via FTP within 2-3 weeks of posting them the drive. As far as I can tell ALL of the 1Tb of files have been recovered and I could not be happier with the service. OK, it's not a cheap service, but data recovery never is cheap. It is worth the money when you consider the peace of mind in recovering your files. You pay for what you get... and Xytron are the best, in my experience. I was entirely guided through the process and received advice on how to avoid similar situations. Thanks, Xytron.

Excellent service in difficult circumstances (covid-lockdown). Good and friendly communication plus the all important 100%successful result. This is the second time they have saved me from total disaster.
