Since I have been using Xialla everything has changed for the positive. It works 100% better than some of the products I've used in the past. I ordered the size that I thought I needed but had to go to a different size which worked perfectly. This was done with no questions asked. If u have exhausted all other methods give Xialla a try u won't be disappointed. Nigel and his staff r great to work with.

After almost a year, I applied for a revised size and without issue was provided an additional ring for trial use to see if my results could be improved. Time will tell if a revision in size or using compound rings will prove to be a benefit. Time will tell.

Product works great for me. I am able to be intimate with my wife again like we used to be. Only complaint I have is the adhesive isn't strong enough to keep the pad attached to your lower back. It comes off within a few minutes.

Although the product simply did not work for me, the company refunded my cost. What's remarkable is that they refunded the cost in response to my poor review and not because I requested a refund. I've revised my rating upward because of the integrity of the company and their commitment to their customers. Thank you.

While Xialla is not perfect, it does work surprisingly well: I think that it is superior to any other ED product I've tried. Since most of its customers must be in the USA (given the US population size over Canada), I would suggest that you establish a depot or warehouse in the USA so you can respond to American orders more quickly. But on the whole, I congratulate you on surprisingly effective device.

So, I had a prostatectomy in late February of this year and penile implant surgery 2 months ago. I had read research that using a ring or Trimix gel is helpful in restoring fairly full girth and length when using the inflatable implant. As some of you may know who have had a prostatectomy and have had an implant, the glans can sometimes be cold and/or soft while the rest of your penis is rock hard. I have found this to be so. This is not "floppy glans syndrome." This is a soft glans with the inflatable tubes properly situated inside the glans. As one gets older, one is also likely to have a venous leak in the blood vessels of the penis which results in the erect penis losing erectness because of reverse blood flow. All of these conditions I have. So, on the recommendation of my urologist, I have been using Trimix gel and the xialla ring with great success. I deflate the implant as much as possible and then insert .1ml of Trimix into the opening of the ureatha; wait 10 minutes then inflate the implant. I then stretch the xialla ring and put it on. The result is a warm, erect penis with a glans that is also warm and firm. It stopped the venous leakage. It has added an additional .25 inches to my length and a small amount of girth to both the shaft and the glans. I am most pleased. I would suggest that if you wish to try this process that you get the largest ring Xialla makes. Otherwise, the ring is too tight. In fact, I would suggest that Xialla make an even larger ring for this very purpose, larger than the largest one now in stock.

Had a hard time getting the loop to stick to the back pad. The device seemed to fit ok but a little small. Didn’t seem to improve anything significantly but I can see where it may be super helpful. I will try the larger size. I tried a second one and the velcro stuck better

I can’t say enough about the customer service. I had two issues and both were resolved in minutes. Plus they followed up several times to make sure all was good.

As far as the product, great design. I am in the group of men that have a hard time with penis rings. This product solves that.
