It seemed to function very well until I started moving & then it did not hold the blood in. I had prostate removal surgery & use the Trimix injections but it doesn't work for me alone. I was hoping your product would make it effective but no such luck.

Having said that I never asked for a refund but received an email immediately refunding me the entire cost of the product as well as an article of ways to try that may make the product work for me.

To me that's an outstanding company that stands completely behind their product.

Also as advertised, the product will not work for everyone, as was with me, but i would not hesitate to recommend Xialla to anyone.

My Dr recommended this product for the issue I was having. I was hesitant at first to order one. After reading the reviews and return policy I figured why not. Like others have said the shipping takes awhile but they tell you up front. After we received them my wife said lets see how it works. Very easy to put on and after a bit my wife's eyes went a little big and she said "Oh My" it looked a bigger with more veins. Lets say it worked as promised and we were both happy with the explosive results at the end. Happy Customer!

Great job and product all around. Shipping was quick and professional. Sent replacement ring because first ring felt tight right away. Product works as described. Only problem I have experienced is pad not sticking as others have experienced.

I think the main component is the ring. I don't see the value of the rest. In fact, I don't like anything going around the testicle or anything going around to the back. Therefore, I don't see a difference from the ri ngs available out there. That said, I find the ring changes the natural sensation or feeling one gets without a ring. I do acknowledge the fact that the ring does the job in restricting the venal flow enabling the hardening process. However, as I said, the sensation is different. It's not as pleasant as without it.
