I think Xialla is a good idea
I think Xialla is a good idea and I can imagine that it might work well, it hasn’t worked for me as I had hoped but I have other issues that I think are contributing to it not working for me. It’s a lot more comfortable than the penis rings that I’ve tried. I will continue to use it along with other ideas to see if I can get better results I do think it’s worth trying and I believe that the company will try to do whatever they can to help you out

As a Peyronies Disease sufferer I've been looking for the best ring for my odd shaped penis(disease caused), others tend to slide down the shaft allowing my now loose skin from the scar tissue,,but with the scrotum cradle and tail the Xialla definitely holds close to the penile bone at the base of my penis, gives me as my usable penis I've had since before I was diagnosed with PD 3yrs ago..

I'm new to using these devices due to a venous leak on one side. the Xialla product seems to work well. the buying and shipping discretely process went flawlessly. I bought the regular size and used it and thought it was way too tight - couldnt find any resources on how tight it should be, so i did take advantage of the original sale to get the large size, which seems to fit better. I dont like the large tail, but it does help keep in place.

I'm sorry to hear that you don't like the "tail" (band). Without a mechanism to hold the ring in place, the Xialla would just be like any other regular ring. As you mentioned, Xialla is designed to keep the ring in place, making the Xialla 3x more effective than regular rings.

Customer service and refund were amazing! The device doesn't fit men who cannot tolerate constriction of the scrotum. The device needs to be redesigned to go around both sides of the scrotum in seperate pieces, before coming back together into one piece where it attaches to the pad. I don't even know if this device works because it caused too much pain to wear.
