Poor service
One of this company's selling points was their so called "world class customer service." That's not been my experience. It took 2 weeks for the product to arrive and it was too small so I used the support page to request a size change. The page promises an immediate confirmation e-mail. I've now sent 3 e-mails through the support page and no response. I've also tried to engage their chat feature twice. Certainly not world class. Not sure what to do next.

Original regular size was too tight at the upper end of the recommended suggested width range. Promptly received the larger size when requested. Work great, although I question the need for the rear strap and adhesives. Seems to stay in place without the adhesive pad.
