The pads don't stick very well, even if the area is shaved it usually comes off after a few minutes of use. I feel like this is the main issue. You need it to stick good for the ring to work the way it's designed. The ring material needs to be a bit thicker. I've had 2 sets break on me. The last one that was sent a few weeks ago has held up so far after a few uses.

Maybe consider a new design that has a thicker strap that leads to the adhesive pad to set against the perineal raphe more.

Overall the ring works very well...when the adhesive pads stick.

Tried the double up , worked good until color change , took one off and continued , good trial, check it out

I don't know if the product works or not as I couldn't use it. If you sweat from your lower back, then the contraption is unusable since the adhesive no longer sticks. Their is a massive flaw is the design if adhesive patches are the primary point of contact.

I emailed Customer Support on 4 December asking if I could exchange my recently bought Xialla device (too small) for the larger size. Customer Support quickly responded yes. I filled out the requested form and sent it back to Customer Support but so far, no replacement Xialla device has been received.

The transaction was smooth. No issues with fast shipping. BUT the largest xialla is too tight for me.
I would need it larger as being so tight cause me to go numb and bluish color. I lost feeling. It restricts ejaculation. I love the thing but hate the outcome. Please order another size larger for us thick ones.
