You're 100% correct.
We have stopped using a 3rd party shipping provider. We ship from Canada, and our shipping cost was rising steadily, like the price of pretty much everything over the past few years. However we have continued to hold our product price at $50. Shipping was costing us $20, and we offer free size changes, charging the customer only $7 for the size change shipping. So if a customer orders a Xialla and we send 2 size changes, we were losing money to continue to provide the amazing customer service that we value so much.
Clearly that was not sustainable and we were forced to choose between A: raise our price or B: stop offering free size changes.
We chose to make a big change, to move our shipping to in-house (we handle it ourselves) and save money.
By moving our shipping in-house we have reduced the shipping cost from $20 to $4.
This will not only allow us to continue to offer free shipping and free size changes, but it will allow us to reduce the current $7 shipping charge on size changes to $4. And it will allow us to not only keep the price stable, but possibly lower the price in the near future. We are considering lowering the price to $40 or even $35.
I apologize very sincerely for the delay during this transition. We did not expect it to take so long.
Meanwhile your shipment went into the USPS service from Canada 3 days ago, so you should receive it within a couple of days.

not sure what the guy was saying
i don't know what the one guy in the comments was talking about maybe looking for a free product but he is wrong i was worried about this because i am very thick 7.25' which is much larger around the he said he was and I have absolutely no problem with discoloration or discomfort and he also mentioned that was the mid section where he was the largest?? this product is meant to be worn @ the base at least from what the instructions say

The device arrived as scheduled it fit as suggested. When using with a vacuum pump, the vacuum seem to work fine, but once it was removed, the organ did not continue to remain firm and elongated. The company Xilla was very easy to deal with in getting the device. It was clear on how to use the device and has even sent me some more information, but because I didn’t have the results that I wanted, they refunded my money which I did not even ask for, but very happy that they were refunding my credit card. I would highly recommend at least trying their device if you think you have venous leakage.

This product works well. It does not renew your youth, but it does improve your erections. It is easy to apply, and it is easy to keep clean. Any hair on the penile shaft will make application and removal uncomfortable and may prevent fitting the device as far down on the shaft as it should be. The hair is easily and safely removed with a safety razor in the shower.
