I like the comfort level compared to other rings. The silicon material doesn’t feel like its cutting my member off. That said, I don’t care for the Velcro-thong holder thing. I found success without having to strap that up my crack. You guys should make a Xialla Lite that is just the double ring for the shaft and balls.

I am very happy that you are allowed a second size Xialla for only a minimal shipping fee. The regular size was too tight for me, the large worked great. I also found that the long tail end of the unit stayed in place between my buttocks without having to use the velcro patch on my back. I have venous leakage as a major cause of my ED and the Xialla worked great for that, in conjunction with Cialis.

I found the Xialla device to be functional—it does work as described. However, the product is too small to be comfortable, which impacted my experience. Additionally, the included adhesive tape was not sticky enough to stay in place, and I had to use extra tape to secure the device properly. Most concerning, the owner, Nigel Shaw, contacted me directly and offered a $30 gift card in exchange for removing my original review. This raises concerns about the authenticity of some of the high ratings. Buyers should be aware.

This company is true to it's word, there customer service is excellent. I ordered a size that I thought would be correct, however, it wasn't meant for me. So they sent me the next size I requested for a $10.00 shipping fee."fair price". Once you get the size best suited for you, the product works extremely well. I'm 77 and I could preform like I was 27. My wife was very happy.

Our order came quickly and was a help, although post prostate situations don't happen immediately. But combo of this and cialis drug, got blood supply started.
stickon tab came off, replacement was sent right away. Fulfilled their promise of free size change if needed, expecting small instead. Ordered more back tabs, came very quick.

All I had to do was pay $7 shipping. The larger size turned out to be much more comfortable, and I had no bruising. I actually could not be happier as not only has it helped me to maintain my erection which was my original objective, but it's also caused my erection to be much harder and firmer than it's been in years. So, I would encourage anyone who thinks that their ring feels a little too tight and uncomfortable to try out the next larger size. What have you got to lose? I've been dealing with ED issues for some time now, and the cause- as for many men- is venous leakage. The Xialla system is unique, in that it addresses the issue of a constriction ring sliding during use. It is very comfortable to wear, and is very easy to remove after intercourse. I believe I have an average girth to my penis during erection, so I initially ordered a regular size. It was not doing to job of controlling venous leakage, so I've ordered the slim size.(Thanks for the quick service.) Unfortunately, while the smaller size is better at preventing leakage, it's still not adequate at helping me to maintain a large,firm penis during intercourse. I'm covinced it's my significant venous leakage issue- not the Xialla- as it really is designed very well. In spite of the fact that I would give the Xialla a 2-star rating with successfully addressing my venous leakage issue, their customer service is at a level of 5-stars, so I'll average my experience at 3-stars.
