It was a long wait till I got the product which was an issue with tariffs they claim. I finally got my order and then requested a size change which costs another $7.00 and emailed 3 different times with no response. They do not live up to the guarantee and the promise of size change. Very disappointing.

The product works and customer service was excellent.
I ordered the suggested product size. I wasn’t concerned if it was too big or too small because of the fact that for no additional charge other than shipping, they’ll send out another for free. You really can’t go wrong!
