Watch these for their T&C's - Ruthless !!!
Pay your monthly payments year on year but when something goes wrong they won't cough up!
A seal needed replacing and they said it wasnt covered and to look on page 9 of 27 of the T&C's! Yeah...
The pump inside also makes a very loud noise when its on, I mean you can hear it from upstairs in a different room, but because it works ok they wont replace it even though you can hear it from the moon !
Bunch of chancers in my opinion.

Quick and hassle free service
I was slightly concerned at first as plumber turned up in a car. However it seemed Jamie had all tools required and seemed knowledgeable about service he was undertaking.

I called firm this morning as i dont like applying online. Woman on phone was very honest and helpful. I have had several bad experiences from last year to now with heating firms, thats why i prefer on phone.
