Experience with Heating Firms

Hi
I called firm this morning as i dont like applying online. Woman on phone was very honest and helpful. I have had several bad experiences from last year to now with heating firms, thats why i prefer on phone.

The guy did not take away any of the…

The guy did not take away any of the empty boxes, even when he knew i had bad back, i had to lift them all down to basement, he was impatient due to me being on a phone call, he had to wait as I had small balance to pay.

Unfortunately the fitters are unable to take empty boxes away.

My order came earlier than expected

My order came earlier than expected. Email received to advise would be delivered between 5 and 7pm. Received approx 5.20pm and driver was very pleasant. Unusual these days with deliveries of all kinds.
