Avoid this company – extremely poor service and accountability.

Absolutely avoid this company.

What started as a simple boiler issue (hot water not igniting unless heating was on, no fault lights) has been made significantly worse due to their engineer’s incompetence.

The first engineer was completely unprofessional – taking personal calls, leaving my property mid-job for around 3 hours to attend another job, then returning only to drain my water tank and leave without fixing anything.

I was left with a mess – exposed wires, parts all over the floor, and no working repair.

The next day, my boiler developed a serious fault that did not exist before. A second engineer confirmed the first had drained the tank without testing the water, likely forcing debris into the system and causing blockages.

Despite this being entirely their fault, I was then told I need to pay for a powerflush.

To make matters worse, customer service was appalling. When I called to escalate (having no hot water), I was spoken down to, refused escalation, denied access to a manager, and told to wait days for a response.

So to be clear:
They damaged my system, left me without hot water, and are now trying to charge me to fix their mistake.

Shocking service, zero accountability, and completely unacceptable handling of a basic repair.

Avoid.

Truly Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Do not use. Truly awful after care. They don’t get in contact with customers. I’ve tried to raise a written complaint for two weeks and no one is dealing with it. Avoid at all costs.

After the first guy allocated to my job…

After the first guy allocated to my job bailed out, citing van broken into/van stollen! Second guy was very efficient and fixed problem promptly.

Heating problems

We had a tricky problem with our boiler after a service. Your repair were very diligent in contacting engineers to solve the problem. Finally I phoned on a Friday afternoon as the problem had not resolved itself. Enrico, the appointed engineer, was in touch within 30 mins to arrange to come out on Saturday, the following day. He assessed the issue, explained it to us and then returned on Monday with a new part. Enrico was pleasant and so helpful and all 8s working fine now. The office staff at Your Repair were so helpful as well.

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service. 3 weeks, 3 engineers, and STILL no hot water.
I have two children and have been left without heating or hot water for 21 days. Every engineer tells me something different, and the latest one was incredibly rude—refusing to take off his dirty boots and making a mess of my carpets. Total incompetence and zero respect for customers. Avoid this company if you actually want your boiler fixed!

Fine if you have the time to renegotiate each year

I have had boiler and heating cover with this company for two years now. I have never needed to call them out so have only ever utilised the annual boiler service, which has done the required job. At the end of both years however, I have received a renewal quote from them quoting more than 200% of the cost of the previous year. On both occasions I phoned and was quickly offered my existing price instead. I accepted and have stayed with them as the price I eventually got is competitive for the use I get... but I would not recommend this company for their moral practices as this renewal strategy is clearly designed to catch out those of us with busy lives who might just let a policy auto renew without looking too closely!

0/5 Stars – Highly Unprofessional. I had a terrible experience with this company. The technician was extremely rude from the moment he arrived. Despite being asked to remove his dirty shoes before entering my home, he completely ignored the request and tracked dirt inside. There was zero respect for my property or my requests. I do not recommend using this company And make sure no one buy any policy from this company because when he tried to claim never sorted out your problem my boiler is broke down nearly 3 week I have no hot waters and no heater I have top of that one to children's I tried to call and keep sending to one company other company no one coming fixing the problems I will never recommend this company to anyone by policy wasting your money this is the crap insurance company I have with my own life and he was very nice to you in the phone to take out money and sell the policy. when you come to the claim and no one care

I was supposed to have a call today…

I was supposed to have a call today from this Company between 10 - 11 am. It is now 11.22 and still no call. After asking me when I was available they don’t have the common courtesy to call me. Wonder what their excuse will be???
