Annual service arranged at my convience,kept updated at all times, engineering rang prior to time arranged,service completed, no issues highly recommended 👌

Completed online repair late evening ,within 12 hours I had contact details of engineer who came out following morning as arranged ,couldn't ask for a more prompt service and boiler repaired,highly recommend

Went through my health conditions thoroughly, which shows they don't allow anyone to take the medications they offer

Made several purchases nov 23 but,paid in Dec but account was in credit ,but my account history has now disappeared have contacted 12 times each time it starts a new thread was given case number and promised a refund with 21 days ,surprise surprise no refund and when contacting it starts all over again requesting information even thou I have case number, tried calling but told would be answered within 1 hour 20mins ,disgusting customer services

Please avoid if possible, I have never felt so low after dealing with this company,from day 1 they sent correspondence to me for my partner as he unable to speak to them as they don't work evenings,we were questioned why we had power of attorney ,even after giving them all the legal documents, we were already under alot of stress which they only added to,we dropped them as had no trust in them,they would never ring us back when we left voicemails ,now they say the need pay us the deposit back of £25. And need a picture of his bank card,who would send someone a copy,I have gave them acc no and sort code but thats not enough proof for £25. I could understand if we talking hundreds but I'm surely not going make myself a thief for £25. I even asked them to pay it back into the account it came from, but no ,that's not possible.
