The product description on your website at no point refers to the product being damaged/faulty/not fit for purpose - it being listed as clearance gives no indication that it’s worthless and does not give you the right to sell a defective product to a consumer.

Used this company twice for LED lamps that I couldn’t get from my local electrical trade branch that I have accounts with, customer service was first class, and they still had on their system my orders from 15 months ago which helped me get the correct lamps for my customer, saving me a visit to the customer to check what type of lamps I needed.

Lack of communication
Lack of communication, I waited nearly 2 weeks for my Light Bulbs to be delivered was not kept informed of the delay.
I rang Customer Service to see what the problem was they were waiting for them to come in stock. I did ask the young lady to keep me informed. Needless to say she totally ignored my request.

Recently ordered around 25 bulbs
Recently ordered around 25 bulbs, couple of them broke/don't work from day one and few of them had loose bits inside making noise, looks like a loose parts. I bought with them before, certialy the quality has dropped significantly. Although there is a warranty its pain to pay for postage everytime for each broken bulb.
