I ordered a lighting system for my media wall from this website. The website is easy to navigate, the delivery arrived on time with all of the items present and everything worked perfectly. I had a need to raise a few questions via email, all of which were replied to in a timely fashion (thanks Shaun). LEDspace appear to have thought of everything and there are some useful videos on their site re. how to set-up each individual item. I would use them again and recommend them to family/friends.

While the website is somewhat easy to use, the quality of the items is shocking. Bought a kit and tested the full strip and it seemed to work. Fitted it (6 seperate sections), the first 3 sections were wired in series and the first strip would only display blue on the first half of the strip so the other 2 sections weren't getting a blue voltage. Upon testing, the smart interface was bad - LEDs went red and stayed red when it was turned off via the app. Ordered new interface and it's working fine. Installed other 3 sections in parallel (easier to fix), the first led strip has a small section that is permanently green and the other 2 sections are perfect. I've decided to run all 6 sections over 2 interfaces so ordered a 3rd smart interface. Their returns policy is atrocious - 3 days to test for faults is somewhat ridiculous to do if you work full time with young kids.

Nightmare so far! Opted for next day delivery as I needed the kit urgently…. 4 times rescheduled the work with the builder and still waiting for the item. Avoid if you need anything quick

I recently purchased the 4 strip Black Aura LED kit to fit the new wall slat panelling in my bedroom. I can honestly say I couldn’t be more delighted.

The strips simply slot into the gaps with no need to glue in. They are virtually invisible during the day & when turned on they give my bedroom the wow factor.

The lights give off a warm white light, are controllable via a remote control (a extra purchase), can be dimmed and important for us work with Smart Life & Alex.

They are not cheap. But they are quality & definitely superior to other LEDs we looked at.

I’m very very happy with my purchase & would recommend.

Colors look nice and brightness is decent, but the adhesive doesn't stick well over time. Overall okay just not very reliable

Initially used the kit builder which was useful but opted to get a quote to ensure I had all the parts required. Although the kit builder method included everything I needed, I opted for the bespoke quote as they included the solder service rather than solder free clips. I haven’t tried the clips but I would highly recommend using the solder service for a strong connection.

Shaun was very helpful explaining the set up sequence and it was very easy to put together upon arrival. I would highly recommend.

Excellent products. So easy to install. Great company to deal with. Very efficient and speedy service. Very useful having DIY Guy show how easy it is to install and BLAQ Aura are by far the best LED strips.

Phil gave me brilliant advice, explained everything I needed and was very responsive. LED Space were able to solder the strips and dispatch next day which was above and beyond. This is the 2nd time I have used LED Space and I will certainly order from them in the future.

We use ledspace for all our bespoke landscaping projects.brilliant quality never had a call back in 5 years. Top quality look and easy to install perfect all round product.

Product is good but the instructions are TERRIBLE. As a result I've had to reorder items due to putting the product together incorrectly. Was already very expensive, so I would not use this system again

The lighting set up I ordered had two issues at two different points during construction. Both times new components were sent to me foc as a goodwill gesture. Can’t fault the customer service. It was there when I needed it and was faultless. Thanks for the help.

The customer service/ sales was great I dealt with a lady called Lisa and she was very knowledgable about the product and very helpful with my specific needs. She made the whole process much easier. Something I didn’t get with other suppliers I looked at. Would recommend

Brilliant service, ordered a starter kit and 3 extra strips, delivery was really quick. They look absolutely stunning in the acoustic wood panels (when turned on cause you can’t see them when they’re off) 😁. Downloaded the app on my phone and you can time them to come on and off and you can also set a schedule for them to come on and off on each day, Good for when your going on holiday, would definitely recommend these lights to anyone. Lots of faqs on their website if you’re unsure of anything.

This company have been excellent from start to finish… I’ve installed 6m splash led strip light over bi- fold doors outside… looks amazing …. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Excellent Customer service.

Not great. I bought 2x 2.4 meter of the black aura. I cut this to the length needed assuming there would be some adaptor for using the excess. This isn't the case and led space don't provide any adaptors.
They simply say you need to get some cable and solder it on. This alone doesn't do much as you also need some kind of adapter to connect this to the power supply. Which isn't provided or sold. Im now going to have to fork out even more for someone to come and sort this for me.
There is no mention of you needing to do this on the black aura leds but as of writing this im told they will add it.

We ordered four LED Blaq Aura strips for our new oak slatted media wall, and they look absolutely stunning! We couldn't be happier with the final result. We chose these because we wanted the LED strips to remain discreet during the day, unlike others we considered, which were all white. We also purchased the recommended remote for dimming.

Unfortunately, we encountered a faulty switch, but after reaching out to customer service, we received a prompt email confirming that a replacement had been dispatched. It arrived the very next morning. Outstanding customer service and exceptional Blaq Aura LEDs—definitely a five-star experience!
