Great service

Looking to add a ceiling led strip and I was struggling to find the required products.

Spoke to Paul at uno firstly via their web chat service and then by phone. Great service, giving me the required list of products to purchase as well as walking me through the install process for the led strips.

Initially ordered cool white with the wife changing her mind 30 mins after putting the online order through. Rang back and spoke to Paul who was happy to accommodate and swap for the cool to the warm white no issue.

Will update the review if anything goes wrong otherwise take it as a great service and products.

Excellent Service

Excellent service. I ordered some LED plaster profile and needed it urgently before the plasters arrived. It was sent that day and received the next day. All arrived in good condition and well packed. UNO was the best price I could find online. Thanks

Ordered 20M of walk over LED profile…

Ordered 20M of walk over LED profile and got Sent a mismatch of products, didn’t match up so couldn’t be used. The diffuser on 4 lengths was suited for under counter lighting not walk over. Company markets itself as a lighting provider for commercial projects but couldn’t get 10 lengths right.

UNO told me I’d need to wait several weeks for the supplier to investigate and a correct product may get sent out, taking me out of my return period. Pushing the issue back on to their supplier is wild to me as I didn’t order from their supplier, I ordered from them. They picked it and sent it out.. They should have sent the product I ordered out and rectified their fault as soon as I notified them IMO. Poor customer service.

Sent the whole order back because they wouldn't exchange the 4 wrong ones for the ones I ordered. They stated I had to send it back by a date 6 days ahead to be difficult although I was around 12 days into my 30 day return period. The return for a refund was at my cost of £30 UPS and they don’t refund your initial delivery of £18 so all in all I’m out £48 and a week delay on the project due to no fault of my own. If you advertise a product and someone buys that product, you’d of thought they would receive that product. Not with these guys, Well done UNO, you’ve excelled yourself.

While most of the items you received were correct, we understand that the diffuser on four lengths didn’t match your intended use, and we appreciate how frustrating that can be — especially when working to project deadlines. We take full responsibility for the picking error and apologise for the disruption caused.

We’d also like to clarify a few points for transparency:

* We offer a **30-day return window for a full refund**, regardless of the reason.
* In cases where **there is a fault or shipping error**, we also **refund the original shipping and return postage costs**.
* In your case, a **full product refund was issued**, and we’re sorry this didn’t fully address the inconvenience caused by the return cost.

Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we’ll be reviewing our handling of partial order issues to improve how we support customers in future.

Excellent, would highly recommend 👌

We first of all contacted Uno to check what was needed for a continues cob light, they were very helpful.
So ordered Bespoke led cob and driver. Value was excellent.

Great experience

The customer service representative I spoke with on the phone was incredibly helpful, spending time to explain the various products available and guiding me to the product I needed. Upon ordering the light bulbs needed, they arrived quickly.

Great lights and really helpful

Great lights. The company that sells them Uno Lighting were really great to help and answer all the questions. Would definitely recommend them if you are trying to buy from them.

Very pleased! Best in the market!

I ordered a few different samples for my house renovation, and this one was by far the best. They are very bright for a 5w, Dim very well (we the addition of the dimmable driver) and the shallow height allows you to fit them anywhere. I ordered some white, and some black for my bathrooms, and they worked great throughout.

High quality fitting and amazing light…

High quality fitting and amazing light output for such a small downlight, they look much more discreet and modern than an ordinary downlight, I will be using these throughout my home, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Brilliant little light

Brilliant little light, they feel very high quality and are much brighter than I expected, used it for my bathroom niche, will be buying more for the other bathrooms, and will definitely use them elsewhere!
