Wouldn’t use again
Wouldn’t use again paid for next day delivery and the items didn’t show up on time- when I contacted the team via message I was told it would be the two days after - but still took money for next day delivery. Asked for refund on the postage told that wasn’t available.
The items that came where wrong
Even though items were discussed before buying again via online chat- just been a headache. Used different lights now which have worked a treat and been half the price from a different company - I never leave bad reviews at all but the guy on the chat wasn’t helpful and it made me cross - previous houses we have always used this company - so they have been great in the past - maybe customer services need to be reviewed!

Sent incorrect item twice and refused refund
Even though they sent the wrong item both initially and for a replacement, which caused me to have to wait over ten days without the correct bulb, they refused to refund for the inconvenience until i returned the wrong bulbs they had sent, due to no fault of my own. I have mobility issues and there's a reason i order things online, so going to a post office or drop-off point isn't easy for me. Their policy essentially blocks disabled people from receiving refunds and forces you to have to tolerate their incompetence and wait indefinitely for correct items, rather than just provide a refund as all legitimate companies do under the same circumstances

Regretfully, we have a strict returns policy regarding items being sent back to us before being able to issue refunds, which we have very little wiggle room on. Excellent advice and customer service
I was confused about what to buy to fit LED strip lights above and below new kitchen cupboards and to be wired into a switch. During an online chat with Simon he asked all the necessary questions and produce a quote. When I confirmed that I would order he generated the order and emailed me a confirmation. Brilliant! Thank you Simon for making it so easy.

Product received damaged during transport. Contacted wholesale LED who sorted out a replacement unit swiftly and without any hassle.
Experience with wholesale LED has been good from price, order and customer service. Would happily use them again for my lighting needs

LED Patio floor mounted lighting
Recently bought some LED lights c/w controllers, transformers etc. From my initial online enquiry to order and delivery they were very helpful and the equipment is top quality. I’d had quotations from other suppliers who were considerably more expensive.
They’ve only been installed for a few weeks now but I’m very pleased with the outcome

No need to use anybody else. Excellent.
I picked this company as they were first on Google search and after my experience they should stay there full time. I spoke with Daniel first then Kaz. Both these guys were absolutely top drawer. They knew everything, even my complicated Gibberish didnt throw them they knew exactly what i wanted. Both are a credit to the Company and were very professional, Knowledgeable and oh yeah the politeness they demonstrated was a breath of fresh air. Any firm employing these kind of staff will only Boom. Well done Daniel & Kaz.

Amazing service
Amazing service, spoke to Kaz on several occasions and he helped with me what I needed and then helped again with minor troubleshooting.
Highly recommended from me!
Personally I would call them, they will help with the other bits you would need.
Delivery was super quick as well.
