For many months we have had consistent uninterrupted high speed broadband from Wessex Internet. Following a series of short power cuts, one of our "boosters" wouldn't reconnect properly. My phone call to Wessex Internet was answered swiftly, handled professionally (despite my occasional grumbles!) ... and Stephanie guided us through a fully successful wired reset, then wireless restoration. All back working within an hour ...

Doing well so far! I've still got the BT provider but have just disconnected their modem - it was suggested I give it a couple of weeks to make sure it was all good. Excellent people to deal with and oh so wonderful to have a human being to speak to if necessary. it will make ALL the difference.

We encountered unexpected connectivity issues when Wessex Internet installed and connected us to their fibre to property broadband service. The customer service agents and operatives who sorted this out were all excellent. Very professional and speedy. The installation only took place yesterday and today it has all been fixed and we are up and running.

So far, the company has been excellent. The lad who came and did the installation was polite and efficient. He even helped me set up my laptop.

The installation with both the garden team and house team went very well and they could not have been more considerate or helpful.
The sales team have also been very helpful

He was friendly, professional and very kind to my dogs.

After National Grid ripped out all our fibre optic cables we were left with no internet and no phones our home was “blind” you don’t realise how much everything relies on internet connectivity until it’s gone ! After explaining what had happened to us Wessex Internet were on the case replacing all the damaged cabling which involved a lot of work reconnecting it to several telegraph poles in less than 24 hours and we were back to normal knowing all our security systems were back up and running before leaving for our holiday. Well done Wessex Internet couldn’t wish for a better service provider !

Today was the final phase of us joining the Wessex Internet family when Jimmy, the engineer, visited us to help us make the final telephone connection. Jimmy was on time, kept in contact, smartly dressed but most of all very patient, efficient and explained everything to us making sure we understood all of the technology. The whole of Wessex Internet team from Katie in Sales, Lewis in Technical, Gardening team Jack and his mate (sorry didn't get your name), Daniel in Support Services to the two installation engineers (PaloPalo and Jimmy) have been absolutely superb right from the first call and subsequent ones. Would wholly recommend joining the Wessex Internet family if you are thinking of switching. Thank you everyone.

Had team 5 come round to install the external fibre to my property, they were very professional, a good laugh and were very quick and tidy.

Really can’t praise them enough for their hard work and the information they gave about the next steps.
