Left our home with someone else for a few days to look after our dogs - forgot go give them the wifi code - called Wessex and Alfred was brilliant and emailed it to me within minutes

I'm very pleased indeed with Wessex Internet.
Over the last 27 years or more, I've never achieved an ISP's quoted maximum speed . . . . . until now!
After switching to Wessex Internet I'm really impressed.
900Mb/s is what it says on their website, and that's exactly what I am getting (sometimes slightly more!)
A huge improvement from my previous connection (67Mb/s).
I highly recommend Wessex Internet.

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by Wessex Internet, particularly Matt From The Technical Team. Instead of waiting for an issue to escalate, Matt took a highly proactive approach to my account and reached out with a clear, solution-based strategy regarding our router upgrade. His "can-do" attitude and upfront communication about delivery timelines have given me complete confidence in the technical team. It is rare to find support that is this forward-thinking and customer-focused. Matt is an absolute credit to the company and deserves full recognition.

Initial contacts by phone were really clear and helpful. Excellent phone support staff. The ground work team was efficient and left the garden looking tidy. The installer (Ollie) was tememndous. He worked quickly, but was happy to stop to answer our many questions. Overall experience could not have been better.

I live in Bransgore, New Forest, and was really pleased to see that Wessex Internet had opted to provide Full Fibre broadband in lieu of BT Openreach who have delayed putting in a fibre infrastructure for at least two years. The installation was excellent, the garden team put the cable exactly where I wanted it and the installation engineer was helpful throughout. The broadband speed is as ordered (so much quicker than FTTC), the supplied router does everything I need, I'm a very happy customer. No more bottlenecks with simultaneous computer use, Netflix streaming and IP phone calls.

All good so far. Engineers arrived as expected and were clean and tidy in their work.

Very quick and efficient. Joe was careful to explain all the detail of the proposed route to be dug across the property.
No 5 start review because he promised to return with a couple of bags of gravel stones to cover up some of the driveway scar but has failed to do so!

An excellent company to deal with. only reason for the 4 stars rather 5 is their cable installation team who arrived four days before the agreed date unannounced, blocking the shared driveway and attempting to get access to our rear garden without bothering to knock on the door and let us know what they were doing! In all other respects I can't fault their performance. System is much faster than our previous connection and without the dropouts we had before. They are easy to contact on the phone and use english-speaking agents.

Helpful and friendly. Did his best to make it stress free. Cleaned up after his self.

Excellent service from all involved, from the initial phone call to arrange to have Wessex Internet installed to the garden team and finally the young lady that came to carry out the final connection and setup the router.
It makes such a pleasant change to speak to someone who comes from this area and understands exactly what you are asking/require.

Unfortunately some damage occurred to my roof tile during installation. Freddy from Wessex Internet turned up a few days later with replacements and installed the tiles perfectly. Happy customer.

Garden Team 5 were terrific; quick and left the garden as it was despite laying wires.

I had an internet outage on my business site today which had the opportunity to cause a serious problem for us. the helpdesk team and in particular Rhiannon was courteous and efficient, and helped me get the site back online. Rhiannon gave me great advice and follow up feedback. thank you

In recent days I have had a couple of helpful dealings with Wessex Internet.
About a week ago, Jamie connected the router to the fibre optic cable, and I was able to have much improved access to the internet. Jamie was thoughtful and helpful in his manner.
More recently, Alfred, helped me with issues concerning the signal booster I have. He was patient and helpful in speaking with me.
I am glad to have made the switch to Wessex Internet.
