Had a query with reference to water supplied to our Local Sports Association. I phoned and spoke to Angela SME Customer Experience Adviser who answered my queries and obtained the information I required. She was helpful and courteous at all times and provided a friendly service

Compensation paid after 5 months
Andrea from customer services was extremely helpful, but was as frustrated as I was about the length of time it took to get the recompense due paid to our charity bank account. If not for her my rating would’ve been no stars. This was due in part to Anglian Water, no doubt. March 23rd Jo at Anglian told me we were to receive the money which was paid today, September 9th. Dispute started March 2025 when Anglian installed faulty smart meter.
