Simon Richardson proved that Wave does have competent and effective staff.
We haven't had the best of experiences with utility providers recently, especially water suppliers, but the Complex Queries Advisor Simon Richardson proved that Wave does have competent and effective staff. His diligence and perseverance solved our queries and issues that we had fairly and efficiently, all while maintaining effective communication with updates. He actually seemed to care which is a rarity these days.

I had a query regarding my meter…
I had a query regarding my meter reading as I had entered it online and it came back as an error. I went onto the online chat helpline to resolve the issue and further explained the instructions online for entering the meter reading were not clear and concise as they should be. The agent was able to provide the details required and entered the meter reading I tried to through the website. A good result by the agent although a fail for the online instructions for submitting a reading.
