Came into V12 as a walk in just to have a look around and Sanya came over to help me. She was really helpful and made sure I was looked after without putting any pressure on me. She showed me around, answered my questions and made the whole experience easy. Didn’t end up buying a car this time but the service was really good and I’d definitely recommend Sanya.

She was really friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions without being pushy.
