Second car I’ve purchased from FOW Manchester. Both times have been effortless and very welcoming staff. Great customer service and Geoff was fantastic each time we spoke!

I was a little unlucky with my purchase from FOW. Nobody’s fault, it’s just one of those things. For me, there are two elements to buying a car which I am always a little apprehensive about - the car itself and any after sales service. A car can be put right if there are issues, but that is entirely dependent on the service the dealer provides. The after sales service I received from Katie and her colleagues at Trafford was absolutely first class. The issues with my car are now resolved so I can enjoy my purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from FOW again, purely because of the lengths they go to in order to make sure their customers are looked after.

There were a few chips to the paintwork of the car I was purchasing, which was quickly rectified. I had my new car within 24 hours of viewing it.

I’m not one to usually enjoy buying a card but FOW made it a great experience from the start. From quick response and help from Debbie, to being handed over to Ewan to chat through options, the service was fantastic. Ewan was never pushy, answered all my questions, encourage us to check out some other cars to put our mind at easy, and was genuinely a pleasure to do business with. I bought my car 4 weeks ago and I want to start of by saying that Danny helped me with the purchase of my car and he was very helpful and great with communication however since I've been driving the car the Apple car play has worked very intermittently which is extremely frustrating as I drive a lot, if I was told this then I would not of purchased the car. I would also like to add that the car was not the cleanest, has crumbs all down the middle bit.

As an overseas buyer using FOW was easy, from first seeing the car on autotrader to flying over and collecting it, the experience was easy with all the help of the sales team.
They were very helpful with everything, i cannot fault them in any way.
I would definitely recommend FOW to family and friends looking for a car.

Had a lovely buying experience with Carla. She answered all my questions and arranged the finance with ease. Handover was very smooth. Really pleased with the car and service, my first experience of a car supermarket and it's been painless.

Went over to the Winsford Branch to have look around a couple of different EV’s, knowing that FOW always have a good variety on site, got the keys to a few and had a good look around them, finally settled on a low mileage, one owner Polestar 2. Dealt with Sienna, she went through all the various funding options and extended warranty’s with us and was never once trying to upsell anything to us, we went ahead with the purchase of the Polestar 2 and added in our previous vehicle as PX, Sienna’s communication has been great throughout the process and despite a issue with a V5, we still collected our new vehicle on the original collection date. Thanks FOW and most of all Thanks Sienna!!!

I like the fact there is such a wide choice of vehicle and that you are left to view and try cars without the hard sell. The staff are friendly and helpful as they can be but with such a wide range of cars it is hard for them to give too many detailed responses to enquiries.

We were looked after by one person, Ibrahim, from showing us the car, sitting in while I had a test drive and arranging the purchase. He was there when we went to collect the car as well. The continuity was very reassuring. He is also a credit to you. His customer service is excellent.

FOW is a car supermarket and does exactly what it says in the tin. Phebe our sales lady was efficient in handling the deal, making sure the car was exactly as I wanted. There were a couple of minor niggles after a week or so, and Kasey in the after sales team dealt with them fabulously. I'll recommend to friends
