ITU was extremely helpful and answered all my queries and explained the switch process clearly to me.
As the switch is not taking place until 20/8 I cannot comment any further on the broadband / installation side. But this has started well!

Great Customer Service and Support
Kash was very friendly & helpful in explaining the order and installation process over the phone.
I explained to him an issue I had trying to get set up a couple of years ago but he carried out various checks and provided a great level of customer service.
The installation went well, so I am grateful to everyone who provided service and support in achieving this.

Glad we made the change from 30Mbps to 500Mbps-900Mbps
Installation was done some time ago and we went up from 30Mbps in the country side to 800+ Mbps when connected to router (though an extender 500+ Mbps).
The technician was fast, kind and efficient.
We faced a problem yesterday but it turned out it was more to our own doing (lose cable). The helpdesk was very patient and knowledgeable.
Just make sure in case you live in the same household and are not the account holder, that the account holder sends them an email that authorises you (name, tel no and address) to speak to them otherwise they can’t help.

The wifi technician's John and Shawn, were quick and discreet and didnt leave you second guessing to what was going on, which was great as it we are currently unpacking our stuff as we just moved they didnt get in the way once, totally stress free.

It was easy to change accounts all went very smoothly without a hitch.
Installers came on the day and within the time limits which had been agreed.
Installers were polite and cleaned up after them.
Modem speed matched the speed in the contract.
Currently a happy chappy.

I called Trooli today to ask about an upgrade. Not only did they price match, they actually beat the nearest competitor by quite some margin, almost doubling my speed at a lower cost! Mercia handled my call with professionalism and made upgrading my package a smooth and swift process. Thank you!

Having previously looked at at Trooli online, I had an unexpected call from Kashif who was very helpful. He explained everything in great detail and was very patient as I have a bit of a hearing problem.i was very impressed and happy with his call am looking forward to getting the service up and running. Fantastic customer service - Excellent Internet Speeds
We have had our internet with these guys now for about 6 months and I can't find one problem with it.
The download and upload speeds are excellent! The speeds are consistent and usually always above what I am expecting (2000mb/s or 2Gb/s).
The help and support from the staff have been amazing - when ever I call in everyone is happy to help and genuinely cares.
Connor from the sales team was exceptionally good - and deserves the credit for our sale (although we bought it online!) He was extremely helpful and assisted throughout and answered my many questions. (Thank you Connor!)
I had to call accounts to sort out my mistake with the direct debit information and Amani was exceptionally helpful, managing to sort the problem quickly and easily.
I always recommend Trooli to friends and family

Engineer turned up on time
Engineer turned up on time, took great care with our property and didn't make a mess. He cleaned up as he went in. Only had Fibre for a week and it seems to be working fine. So no issues, happy chappy
