I have just switched my broadband to Trooli where the agent who dealt with the switch, Mikyle Moorgasen, was extremely helpful and thorough taking the time to explain all the details and setting up a date when the switch will take place. I have been an EE customer for a number of years and have been waiting patiently for fibre to the property to arrive, which we were assured would be in just a few months when we moved in 3 years ago. As of today EE are still unable to to provide a date when fibre to the property will be available therefore it became a no brainer to switch to the Trooli Pro package for just a little more than I am paying for an alleged 400Mbps package with EE. Hopefully this will prove to be a good decison and we no longer experience the 'circle of doom' when streaming movies or Internet TV.

Great phone call from Bel to get my account up and running. Also get the best deal suited to my household.

Update:

Unfortunately after explaining to Bel on the phone that I had previously tried to install Trooli to my house that it was not possible even though the system said it was. He then told me that the work had been done in the road to enable it to connect this time.

I have just had the engineer out to connect me to Trooli and he has notified me that it is still not possible as the line to my house has not been installed and that I am expected to pay this hefty cost myself.

Well...it just seemed pretty smooth, with a couple of non-intrusive reminders; KASH very helpful

Great service and support so far. Kashif Ali was really helpful and clear on the customer support phone line and the guys who came to fit the system were great. Now getting super broadband speed, for a cheaper price than my old provider. Definitely recommend Trooli.

Customer service is the worst. Members follow a strict script that doesn't always work and dont know how to actually troubleshoot issues. I sat on the phone for an hour and forty minutes, just for there to be no solution. At one point the "technician" asked me to swap the ends on a cat6 cable expecting it to do something. The speeds are great but the staff is of no help I asked before hand if they can even push 2gb to the house they stated they could I havent seen anything over 940, and being charged for 2. Watch getting sucked in to there schemes great speeds horrible support. Expect no results from technicians over the phone.

I've been waiting a long time to have decent Internet in my village, finally trooli have been able to provide this! After a quick call with the excellent Bel, we are on our way to being new customers. Despite my poor phone line we were able to work around it and get the deal done .

Just renewed my contract with Trooli. I've had a few issues with line dropping and speed, but was very impressed with the technical team's solution, and communications. It does take a couple of days to get a response if you email, but once on the case, was speedy resolution. My most recent interaction with Mercia and the renewal was quick, and I was happy to renew. The £2 mid-contract increase was spelled out upfront.

The signing up procedure was straightforward and easy, as was switching from my existing provider, the guy who made this possible was BEL, he explained everything clearly and explained when required,it was good to speak to someone with character.

Having made a tentative enquiry regarding changing broadband supplier from Vodaphone to Trooli I was very impressed with Connor’s knowledge, manner and attitude. He listened carefully to my questions and concerns and answered succinctly while at the same time giving me the confidence I was making the right choice to sign up with Trooli. Shaun popped by the day before our appointment was scheduled as he was in the area. He had a quick look at the problem and gave it a quick overnight fix. He came back the next day as planned and fixed the problem. Our internet speed has been great since.

Straightforward conversation about switching with George who was very helpful. The new router arrived promptly and engineers have been to check that hooking us up will be smooth on the booked visit. I'm looking forward to paying less for more and not having to put up with mid-contract price rises.

John and Shaun carried out my installon in a professional manner. They arrived on time, and informed me of the work to be carried out. Shaun did the external work being mindful of the neighbours and not to create hazards. John undertook the internal boxes fitting boxes
and drilling holes taking care not to make any mess. When John finished he explained password and how to set up TV.
