Not the service I expected. very poor
I cannot get the upload/downloads speeds they said I would get well below the stated 150mbps. Impossible to speak to anyone as they keep referring you back to their web page where all questions are answered (oh Yea!!).
Would I recommend Trooli, I'm afraid not.

It has been really easy to switch over to Trooli. I spoke to Mikyle and everything was done over the phone in under 10 minutes. The website had lots of really useful information. Hopefully the install will be as easy as the sign up was.

House move
I recently had to cancel my Trooli subscription which meant early termination fees, however, having spoken to Amy Buckler at Trooli, they could service me with a new account at my new address and they waived the early termination fee. What is more, I will be paying less at the new house and it's only a 12 month contract, so no long tie ins. Thank you Trooli and special thanks to Amy for making it happen.

I phoned Trooli and the phone was…
I phoned Trooli and the phone was answered timely and a lovely lady, Sphokazi, was able to answer my question immediately. I wanted to change my direct debit for my account to a different bank and account. The details and confirmation of new direct debit was completed very quickly. I was very impressed with Trooli and I also confirmed how happy I was with the broadband service.

You are much, much better than VODAFONE (What a pain they took my land line) as for SKY ( I could not tell you as I would cry and cry they stressed me so much and being quite ill at this time I am happy to die!) Really good customer service
Moving over to Trooli from another provider and so far the customer service from Connor has been exceptional. He took the time to explain everything and the price of my new package is fantastic. Also, from signing up today, Monday August 17, my installation is booked for Thursday the same week. Great service so far.

Really disappointing experience
Really disappointing experience. Excited to move to FTP but BE WARNED! Engineer visit and then suddenly the free installation becomes very much not free. They expect you to pay for the install (or at least part of it. And the costs are chunky for a simple piece of cabling). AVOID!!!

Our standard installation is free, subject to a survey of the property. In some cases, additional work may be required and this can incur a charge.
Importantly, nothing goes ahead without your agreement. If a charge is identified following the survey, we'll explain the work and associated cost before proceeding, so you can decide whether you'd like to go ahead.

Trooli's representative, Mikyle Moorgasen, was exceptionally helpful, both via email and on the phone. He explained the service I had chosen, what the engineer would do, when my router would arrive etc very clearly. I hope installation etc goes as smoothly!

I won't be renewing and I will not be recommending
We've been with Trooli for 2 weeks now. I won't be renewing and I will not be recommending. Internet works but speed fluctuates and isn't consistent.
The main issue we have is with their provided Zyxel router (which is part of the paid service) and their terrible customer service. They are not capable of solving the problem nor interested in helping or compensating.
We've have issues from day 1 with some devices unable to connect to their WiFi. These same devices connect fine to previous ISP routers and to phone hotspots. No issue with my devices.
They insist there is no problem with their provided equipment, which I have proven must be faulty as now with a 3rd party router (paid for out of pocket) everything works. I've had multiple calls with them, multiple feeble excuses, and have just had them hang up on me without resolving the issue. Terrible.
