I booked my transfer on line, and selected my connection date, the communication emails were very clear.
The engineer arrived on time on my choose date to connect my service, very polite chap, and very tidy in his work.
My service was up and running in around an hour and a half.
I have to say so far I have been impressed with the service, keep up the Trooli amazing work.

Everything has gone perfect
Everything has gone perfect. It was installed on time and worked immediately . I then wanted to change the password and a most helpful engineer helped me do this even though it took about half an hour.

Not what I was sold
Needing reliable internet asap, I spoke to a lovely sales team member who said the 150mbps package would be perfect for my needs. I booked the install but the following week was contacted to say the system went down and my date was now gone and would have to be rescheduled. I was then on holiday but needed it desperately for when i returned home so had someone come to be here so the install could go ahead. I return from holiday and the only room the internet works well in is the office with the router. My tv and phone are both constantly buffering which is infuriating. I spoke to Trooli support and was guided through a reset but it made no difference still only 20mbps in my living room. I only live in a bungalow yet my neighbours signal is stronger than mine. Advisor was monotone and told me that the speed can only be promised next to the router. Why didn't they say that when it was being installed. I was advised to rent a booster for another £8 a month, or buy a wifi extended which I've done but so far it's made no difference. Not the reliable fast connection I was sold at all .

The speed to your devices can vary depending on Wi-Fi coverage, distance from the router and the layout of the property, which is why the service speed is measured at the router. However, we’d like to help establish what’s causing the poor Wi-Fi performance.

Organisation of new broadband could not be easier

Pay for 150 mbps - lucky to get half that!
Pay for 150 mbps, but rarely get over 110 and frequently in the 40-60 range. Customer service blame non- fixed connection/readings, old ipads(!) even phones - indeed anything but their own equipment. Asked to monitor speeds over 1/2 days! Sure, nothing better to do!
Very unhelpful.
We never should have moved to them.

Great Groundworks crew
The ground crew that came to connect us where super polite and pleasant. They worked really fast and were done in no time. They made a really good job of it and cleaned up after themselves so you wouldn't even have known they were there. I hope the ground crew that came out get the praise. They deserve it.
