Trooli are great. The internet is reliable and quick. If there is a problem they keep you updated regularly via text message. You can also ring up and speak to a real person, and they are always friendly and helpful. They are more expensive than other bigger providers but it is worth it in my view given the level of service they provide.

Was looking to move Broadband provider and spoke to Belmirro at Trooli who was excellent. He advised me of prices and once I decided to join has sorted out all the admin and is arranging installation at a date that suits me. So very impressed.

I have been with Trooli just over two years now. I started renting an additional unit to expand my connection in early 2026. I struggled to get it connected, so I contacted Trooli to get some help. I got through to Sabelo who talked me through the necessary setup which went very well. Sabelo also helped me to setup a 2.4ghz Chanel to help with my doorbell and camera installation. I am very happy with the service that I received from Sabelo and Trooli today.

Shaun was exceptional. Punctual, exceptionally courteous, diligent and tidy. Good banter too!

Trooli have so far been exceptionally efficient and helpful. As a new customer they have offered me a reasonable price and will install my fibre at no extra cost. I am with BT at the moment. They are a bunch of snakes whose only purpose in life seems to be to confuse and upsell you. I hate them.

Had some help from Connor over the phone in setting up a package deal. He chased me up after I had briefly looked at a quote, then promptly forgot about it. It needed doing and I intended to do it, so getting a call helped things along very quickly. Great customer service. He also helped me change my install date with no issues. All around, a very good experience.

An excellent company that values their customers and provides an above par service, speaking with Shadai earlier to renew my contract and she couldn't of been more polite and professional, she laid out all the options I had available to me and even looked into the pricing for me to make sure I was getting a good deal, I highly recommend them if you have the option for trooli in your area.

I had some issues with my contract & billing, contacted the Helpdesk & spoke to SACHA, what a gem, who was very helpful & patient in answering my questions, explaining & sorting things out with no fuss or drama,

I had a very informative discussion with Mikyl today and have agreed to go ahead with a contract for a Trooli Essential Package.

Had checked the Trooli website previous evening and had a call next morning from Bel to check on my interest.
Good proactive start! Bel was clear in explaining options and installation services. Easy to talk with and get everything set up. he created a positive first impression of Trooli.
Was able to agree the contract, use a referral option to gain a credit and get everything set up.
Now we have to wait and hope that installation and onboarding goes as well as the initial account set-up.
I’ll update this review if it doesn’t!

John did a great job of the installation and setting up the router for me. He also answered any questions I had. A Trooli good engineer.

Do NOT use this provider they should be rebranded TROOLI INCOMPETENT!!
Seamless switch over that’s a laugh switched me from E.E didn’t provide me with a router had endless phone call trying to get one delivered STILL not got one. That’s going to be 3 Day without internet and I work from home. Do yourself a favour choose anyone other than Trooli. They will let you down
