I spoke to Belmirro Khoza from get Trooli at my property again. I previously had Trooli but due to ill health and being away from home I had to cancel but I still had the set up at my house and he was so helpful getting me back up and running. Thank you for the create customer service.

We have just hooked up with the company because we are moving from Ashford to Greystone. I found George the person I was dealing with really helpful as I am quite old and he explained everything to me quite explicitly.

Shaun and Jamie were brilliant! Had a problem with a poor cable and ripped everything out and started again. Both guys were very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. Speeds are brilliant too. 2.4 gig on a 2 gig connection. Highly recommended.

I was unable to talk at the time so between Bel and myself, we agreed to a phone call this evening. Bel called at the arranged time and I'm happy to say I am now a Trooli customer. Overall poor to this moment in time as a new customer the speeds that I’m paying for isn’t worth it I’d be better off with my previous supplier as speeds are no different all I get at the moment is fluctuating speeds of less than 1000 download even though I’m paying for up to 2.5 gig after 45 mins on the phone yesterday customer services ended by saying they would keep looking for the rest of the day and email me there findings by the end of the day and still nothing good job I have 16 days to release myself out of the contract cause of the low speeds as they can’t get the speeds they promised

Just set up a broadband service in record time and amazingly had all my lane queries answered in a non patronising way by a sincerely informed ITU. If the broadband is as efficient it’ll be an around winner!

Had a great experience with Bel from the start to the end signing me up for new broadband, Excited for the switch to Trooli!

We have wanted to change for a while. Bel our agent from Trooli talked us through our options and order in a very clear and friendly manner. It sounded very easy and simple which put our minds at rest.
