First time buying from Trade Tested, and ill be back. The got my new Z Grills Pellet Smoker to me promptly after the holidays and its awesome. The smoke mode works great leaves a nice smoke ring around the meat and it's really good on pellet usage when cooking low n slow. Now i just want to keep buying meat to cook, i love it.

I ordered a product close to Christmas as a Christmas present for my husband and I was hoping, but not expecting it to arrive on time. The staff at Trade Tested got in touch with me to say it wouldn't arrive until January, and did I want a refund, to which I replied, no, I will wait for it. Well you can imagine my surprise when I received an email saying it was on its way. I received the product on the Friday before Christmas! They were amazing. Thank you, Trade Tested.

Garden kneeler seat purchased for a gift for my husband. We are so pleased to have it. It is strong, comfortable to kneel or sit on and easily converts from kneeler to seat. The garden tool bags which can be hung from the side handles/supports are a handy extra.

I was directed to the website by some people I know you purchase a product, I'm not much of a shopper. I purchased a bouncy castle, the communication regarding shipment etc was fantastic, the package was delivered and the quality of the castle is fantastic. Then I was sent a email by the founder asking if everything was OK and checking I was happy. Just like table service at a nice restaurant! There are some amazing products at trade tested, and judging by the quality of the castle of sure the rest of the products will be great also.

Got back in touch and reverse payment quickly. We all know about supply chain issues so lifted review because of contacts by them back to a 3
Something for everyone
First time there and it won’t be the last fabulous service quality products . Beautiful showroom great staff. I would recommend going . Easy parking and help to the car if you need it.
Condescending Customer Support hanging up
I’ve had many good experiences and then this one was just beyond bad.
Diane and Celia from customer support were both the most condescending I’ve ever heard someone talk.
We were told that the product we bought will be there before Christmas!
That it will arrive within 2-4 days.
Now we are being told they can’t make claims when something arrives but Diane it says it there on your website when items are supposed to arrive that’s a claim.
We did not receive an email making us aware of any delays.
We were not warned at purchase even though we spoke to the sales team on the phone!
Now we have been told that if we place an order on the phone it gets prioritised and because we then bought it online it’s like our fault that it won’t arrive because only the sales team has that power. That makes no sense.
Celia hung up on me after making these claims about the sales team and me asking if she could forward me then to this magical team. I thought if they can really do that maybe we cancel it and redo the order with them? Or they can just click a button on their end? Anyway click and she was gone.
Anyways then I called back and talked to the most lovely Ernest.
He was amazing and understanding and said he will prioritise it.
When I hung up I was like oh no now I didn’t ask him why it’s Monday that they will prioritise it for as it’s like 10AM Friday.
Anyways I called again and ended up with Diane who I asked if Ernest was free and she said no I asked her for him to call me back but oh no she had already pulled the notes and went off on me that Celia had already told me about the delays and that that’s that.
Making me out to be a liar as she had asked me if we had received an email about the delays.
I said no as we didn’t and she said but I can see Celia told you. That’s not the same thing.
Anyways she went ruder by the second and wanted to measure strength and when I wanted to say something went “let me finish” and in a loud voice just rattled down her textand never gave me an opinion to say anything she seemed to not even pause to take a breath. All she said was “I’ll listen to all the conversations” as in I’m going to see if you are lying or if you are really worthy of my help. I then proceeded trying to talk over her as she treated me like a child and all I wanted is to speak to Ernest. And then she went click and hung up on me saying “this is going in circles” click.
Both Celia and Diane have an issue that the think they have to be tough females and probably think this is all a racial thing as well which it is not.
It’s about being kind and respectful.
Not telling a customer “no worries I can cancel your order” no that’s not what we want we want our product in the time frame that you had promised it to us. I don’t want to feel like you don’t care if we are customers or not!
I want you to make me feel like you value our hard earned money!
I would love an apology!
Fingers crossed Ernest comes through and the parcel is shipped on Monday.

Good communication, easy to contact, you can speak to the people in the shop, not call centre. Any problems we had (1 only) was very quickly dealt with to our satisfaction. No problem with storing our purchase until we could take reciept of it.
